This is what brought me to your channel in the first place, body conditioning 😊 but I quickly learnt I needed more strength focus to change my body and to get stronger so I now love the strength workouts but this left me a sweaty 😥 mess! What just happened to us?! I’ll tell you: Sydney kicked our butts! Great workout. I chose to do jump rope for most of the cardio. Sydney has taught me how to jump, and I can go for minutes at a time now! That shows you the power of persistence.
What a fun workout! I couldn’t stop smiling doing the bench butt kicks and squat jumps - my body felt so grateful to be able to move that way. Great job to everyone who crushed this workout 🫶
