Just finished this workout. OMG!!! This circuit style is no joke. The situp with the weight on the chest is a work in progress and I am working on that. Stuck to heavy weights for the Arnold press and by the time I finished, I could feel the heat in my arms. I am just loving all these variations Sydney has in store for us for this summer. We can do it, friends and in the process get healthy and strong. Thanks Sydney for being our trainer each and every day.

I’ve been working out since I was 16years old religiously, with having severe scoliosis my entire life. My spine specialist couldn’t believe that I had a 64degree curvature. He told me that staying in shape helped my spine 100% in keeping my back stay strong. 10:31 I did have rods put in my spine at 36years of age. I continue to workout daily. My favorite trainer is Sydney. I’ve had many trainers over the years. Seriously, Sydney has kept me encouraged and positive with working out. I also practice yoga, out door biking, stretching and walking throughout the week while eating clean and healthy. My lower half started curving below my hips…I will not let that discourage me. Sharing this because you must never give up on yourself. I’m 60years old now and still kicking ass!!! Love you Sydney!!!! ❤🥰
