I moved up from 5kg to 6kg for tricep OH extensions today! Thank God! Proud of myself! My colleagues even said they could see the muscle definitions on my arms today before the workout. Hallelujah! Thank you Sydney!

This one felt good for the first time in weeks! Sleeping and recovery has been a beast, but taking two days off instead of one this week allowed me some time to recharge. Pushed up weights on every exercise and got to failure only as the clock ticked out to 0. Progress is real! It's a little shy. It hides behind mom's legs at first and doesn't want to show itself, but with a little coaxing, Progress comes out and is willing to introduce itself! Thanks for putting these programs together!
