    I sure didn’t want to wake up when my alarm went off. Late night again with my son and I was so tired. But I dragged (quite literally) myself out of bed and I honestly had my eyes closed for the first two circuits I was so tired, but I was moving, lol. Then I got into my grove and I’m drenched 😅 I pushed way harder than I thought I could and thought I would based on how I felt. Crushed it 💪🏼 Also, every new workout in this tier is my favorite, loving it!

    That workout flew by!! I love being able to get into my zone in an AMRAP workout and I am proud of the weights I pushed during the strength portion. So proud of everyone for showing up and showing out for yourselves!! Let's keep pushing!! STF!!!

    It’s a Monday struggle for me. Little sleep, on top of constant back pain also have shoulder pain today… 😭 showed up, did the exercises I could without worrying about risking injury while working up a little sweat. Not my best but proud I didn’t let the issues I’m having me stop me from starting!

    I am back after a weekend of party and I am grateful that I didn't let that disrupt my regime this week. Yes, I am tired with minimal sleep but I promised myself that I would be consistent. I will get back to regular programming with my sleep in no time. Ty Sydney for the words of encouragement.

    This is my first workout back since I got married on 7/12 and went on my honeymoon! I am so proud of myself for the progress I've made over the past couple of years - I felt my best AND noticed some definition in my arms in my pictures 🤭 I did a lot of walking while I was away but this was a GREAT way to jump back into it. Didn't look at the clock until the last set and pushed myself. THANK YOU!!!

    Woo hoo I crushed this workout! I gave it my all, and I have the sweat and fatigue to prove it! 💦😅 I always remember what Sydney says "Make each rep your best rep", and that includes cardio moves, too. Keep my mind on this rep, in this moment, and make it my best! 💪

    I am sweatttyyyyyyy😮‍💨 what an amazing workout to start our Monday off right . I was able to finish this by 7 am which I haven’t been able to in a very long time. I truly miss these early morning workouts. Even though I didn’t have the best sleep last night and woke up from a cough, I gave this 200% . Every muscle engagement and rep and sets, I did my absolute best. I hope to continue to have this high last through the day and the week and the rest of the summer. Strength and conditioning is my absolute favorite so there’s no way I’m going to coast and take it easy. Thank you for all that you do Sydney and Dustin and the rest of the Royalty change crew ❤

    This is one of my favorite workouts in summer time fine! AMRAP is always great, I love having time to get set up in between so that I am prepared to crush each section.

    Way to crush it on a Monday, you guys! Love an AMRAP format for however I might be feeling. Energy was low, but Sydney kept me in it and I’m dripping in sweat!

    Whoo-hoo, it is workouts like these that help me realize I need to buy heavier weights! I was throwing my heavy weights around and even felt like I could even go heavier. Definitely need to up the pure lift days.

    After doing that workout, I had to double check that it was indeed a 40 min workout. This workout felt like it finished within a few minutes after starting. Went soooooo fast! I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks Sydney!! :)

    I have not only seen improvements in my strength throughout this program, but also my overall physical health. I havent run in a long time, except for the occasional run/walk workout where I will run .3 miles or less at a time. BUT yesterday I was walking on the treadmill and decided I was going to try to run a mile. I ended up running it in 9 minutes and 45 seconds!!! And I think I could’ve ran another half mile if I wanted to!! A couple years ago when I ran more I could only do an 11ish minute mile. Thank you so much Sydney for leading me on my fitness journey! This is only the beginning!!💪💪
