I sure didn’t want to wake up when my alarm went off. Late night again with my son and I was so tired. But I dragged (quite literally) myself out of bed and I honestly had my eyes closed for the first two circuits I was so tired, but I was moving, lol. Then I got into my grove and I’m drenched 😅 I pushed way harder than I thought I could and thought I would based on how I felt. Crushed it 💪🏼 Also, every new workout in this tier is my favorite, loving it!

This is my first workout back since I got married on 7/12 and went on my honeymoon! I am so proud of myself for the progress I've made over the past couple of years - I felt my best AND noticed some definition in my arms in my pictures 🤭 I did a lot of walking while I was away but this was a GREAT way to jump back into it. Didn't look at the clock until the last set and pushed myself. THANK YOU!!!
That workout flew by!! I love being able to get into my zone in an AMRAP workout and I am proud of the weights I pushed during the strength portion. So proud of everyone for showing up and showing out for yourselves!! Let's keep pushing!! STF!!!
Amazing workout. Super hard but today I noticed how much my strength has improved. Overall these workouts have boosted my whole body. AMRAPS sound easy but they are not. Exhausted and completed this with Sydney's 20 min band stretch. Feel so much better. Hats off to all you who show up each and every day to do these workouts and are getting stronger and healthier everyday. Thanks Sydney. 💕
It’s a Monday struggle for me. Little sleep, on top of constant back pain also have shoulder pain today… 😭 showed up, did the exercises I could without worrying about risking injury while working up a little sweat. Not my best but proud I didn’t let the issues I’m having me stop me from starting!
My little sister did this workout with me and she loved it! She said to tell all you guys that she crushed it. And I can confirm, she did! Way to go team!
Really screwed up left shoulder area last week so had to skip this until Wednesday. Sore for inchworms so did standing mountain climbers and used 5 lb weight for shoulder press on left side but chest press on floor was fine. Had surgery on right shoulder in 2017 and don’t want to repeat it! Doctor was great and right shoulder is perfect and strong. Hopefully, will heal quickly. Crushed everything else. Great job everyone!

I am sweatttyyyyyyy😮💨 what an amazing workout to start our Monday off right . I was able to finish this by 7 am which I haven’t been able to in a very long time. I truly miss these early morning workouts. Even though I didn’t have the best sleep last night and woke up from a cough, I gave this 200% . Every muscle engagement and rep and sets, I did my absolute best. I hope to continue to have this high last through the day and the week and the rest of the summer. Strength and conditioning is my absolute favorite so there’s no way I’m going to coast and take it easy. Thank you for all that you do Sydney and Dustin and the rest of the Royalty change crew ❤
Feels great to be back Sydney. Been out with a lumbar strain from one of your workouts.(My fault bad form) but wasn’t 100% today had to take it very slow and focus on form. But non the less I’m back baby. 🎉 great workout still almost 400 calories burnt and I didn’t have to lift heavy!
I am back after a weekend of party and I am grateful that I didn't let that disrupt my regime this week. Yes, I am tired with minimal sleep but I promised myself that I would be consistent. I will get back to regular programming with my sleep in no time. Ty Sydney for the words of encouragement.

STF 2024 Day 46 ✅! Had to modify some of the cardio moves because of my plantar fasciitis, but still CRUSHED today's workout!
