Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Your strength and conditioning workout today will consist of 3 rounds of 30 seconds of a superset (one strength move and one cardio move) and your job is to absolutely crush this workout to set the tone for our final two weeks of summertime fine 3.0! I used my jump rope and 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and your rope and let's CRUSH IT!
Exercises:
1. Squat and Press
2. lateral db Hop overs
3. Dumbbell Hinge swings
4. 5 high knees and hop over and back
5. Single Arm Row
6. 5 Mountain Climbers and donkey kick
7. Squat to Lunge
8. 3 skater hops and a vertical hop
9. Bicep Curl and single leg step
10. Toe Taps
11. Burpee Row Snatch
12. Split Squat hops x3 and 3 knee drivers

There's only one I actually didn't finish. It was a Pilates workout. I don't like Pilates, so it's not her fault. I just didn't like it, so I quit and did something else.

Thank you all so much for the love! I'll be totally transparent here and tell you I did something I NEVER do, and that's drink pre-workout on an empty stomach...which I didn't realize until after I drank it. So it was my fault and my tummy just felt like it was in a knot! Aside from that, right before I drank the pre-workout I felt great! My voice is coming back nicely too! Thank you so much for the love, you all mean the world to me!

I love agility cardio! Whenever there’s a cardio move that doesn’t work for me, I default to agility moves like these. This was a dream workout on a day I really wasn’t feeling it.
I do secretly keep hoping though, that the daily workout will be a throwback, so that we can know for sure Sydney is resting and will be healthy at her wedding!

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (40:34): "Anything that challenges you, pushes you to be better, pushes you to pull deeper from inside yourself, from your own strength that you already have, it's just challenging you to peel the layers back to reveal it to yourself." Sometimes it seems like strength is something that we have to gain, rather than something that we already have. Thank you Sydney for reminding us that the strength is already within us. We just reveal it by moving toward, rather than away from, things that challenge us.

But the results combined with my intermittent fasting are stunning! 40 Ib weight loss and reshaping of my body. After this programme is done I am focusing on the final body recomposition to 23-24 % of
Fat. You have incorporated weightlifting routine into my life and the variety of the exercises you present always keeps is interested!

It is SO exciting to take out the 10lbs weights and never touch them! Normally I do them for my bicep curls for the first set but today I said NO WAY HOSEA and started with the 15lbs. I admit that I came into the workout with emotional baggage. The friendship didn’t work out with my ex-girlfriend even though I was being a good friend. I did some summer cleaning of some things that she gave me and cleaned out my phone of her information. I let it all go during the workout. This workout is a new beginning for me. I’m proud of myself for doing this workout despite everything that I’ve gone through this summer. I love you Sydney Squad and I’ll see you tomorrow.

Not sure if it’s my 1st day of period, 100 degrees Fahrenheit and extreme humidity or this workout itself but I found this one very challenging and equally proud of myself for finishing this one. ✅
I just came back from a gruelling 3 day journey via a road trip and my body was just not feeling it … so low on energy , every part of me was aching … but then I remembered Sydney’s countless words of inspiration of to just get moving . And that’s what I did . Not gonna lie , it was bloody challenging .. could have done a workout with a lot more energy than I did today but nevertheless I am soo freaking proud of myself for getting it done … some days are good and some days are bad but I do know that Sydney’s workouts have never done anything bad to me … they are my therapy to escape from my anxiety and depression. Thank you so much Sydney for being my trainer , best friend and also the person I confide in 🥺❤️

I managed to do this in the hotel fitness center after driving all day. I was tired, but knowing Sydney was there pushed me on. It did feel weird having people walk by the window and look inside, but I reminded myself that this was for me. I'm glad I did it.
For the past 2 weeks I haven’t worked out. I’ve been falling into my end of summer depression and I let my mind get of the best of me. I ended up getting super busy and becoming sick, I couldn’t move and all I wanted to do was work out. I’m reaching the end and I finally feel good and determined enough to push myself today. It’s a new week and I owe it to myself. I know I can do this all it takes is discipline. Coming back to comment when I crush this.

This workout made me feel great. After a weekend of less sleep than I normally get because we had family time with extended family and yesterday did not feel good, after 15 minutes my headache was completely gone and felt great!!! Thanks Sydney!!!!

I'M BACK!!! I kinda of took a break on every tier but this past week was by far the longest rest period I have taken on this program. I just walked everyday with my kids for 6k early in the morning. Now I feel amazing and ready to kick the day/challenges BOOTY!!! Can I get an amen😂❤💯

My in-laws are at the house….so I definitely had no excuse to not spend my Sunday evening relaxing at home. Already had a row with my wife about the usual stuff that is so not cool.
