Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform a strength exercise for 1 round of 40 seconds each. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a glute bridge and something as light as a front raise for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

WEDDING IDEA PLEASE READ SYD!!!!!! So i was thinking what are you going to do for your wedding/honeymoon?? You deserve time off! You should do some kind of Retro rewind. Pick your favorite workouts since you've started this channel. You could take a nice break and we could see a fun variety of old school Syd! I still do some of your workouts from years ago. I was coaching my son Jax at the pool this morning…I always tell him to “Start & Finish and give your BEST in between”.
I’m so proud of him. He’s 1 month shy of being 4 years old and his swimming skills are super gnarly.
I appreciate the no repeat workouts. Although I know there is a reason for continuously doing 3 rounds, it gets a little boring when that is the regular format. My vote is for more "no repeats" in the future. I will be crushing this workout.

the way sydney phrased her words at the end of the workout, if she was doing a me and not eating enough, giving up easily with food and feeling like there’s no way out, i would literally BEAT HER UP! no one can think like this, food is fuel it’s not here to hurt us ❤️

I’m a trainer - and I have awful workout days sometimes. Maybe mentally I’m not in it, maybe my body is tired. We all have those days and nobody is immune to it. Proud of you for showing up and giving it a shot!

I'm currently recovering from an ear injury. It's hard to get out of bed today because of how much pain I'm in, but I'm still gonna rock this workout the best I can!

hey sydney! i just got back yesterday from residential treatment for my eating disorder(i was gone for a month!) and i missed working out with you so much! I loved this workout as my first one back and your cooldown talk really helped me! im gonna apply it to my recovery and keep working hard every day to take care of myself and eat regularly and move because its good for my body, not because i want to change it.

I love the no repeat workouts. I really like her message today. Be your own coach...if you havent made up your mind that a change needs to be made or that you are going to make the change then it wont happen...if you dont take the first step and push play and start moving then you will remain stagnant wishing you had.

First time I have ever done donkey kicks with both legs! WOOHOO!! What a rush - only one time through each move. LOVED IT!
This was killer! I loved the no repeats! I crushed it! I did the man makers twice. The first time I used my 10 pounds and thought I can do more so I did them again with my 15s!! I also did the full on butt kicks! Proud of myself today! Thank you!
Crushed it (yesterday). What a week! Glutes and shoulders and the EMOM were great - love the upper and lower alternating. Then this one was amazing. The rocking chair analogy was so spot on. Woke up this morning and took a long walk; ready to get off the chair this week!

Good evening, Sydney Squad! I admit that I didn’t sleep well last night but I was determined to do this workout. I’m proud of myself for doing this workout and taking time for myself. My girlfriend is getting stronger every day in her recovery from ACL surgery. We’re going to continue supporting each other and I’m going to continue taking care of myself now that she can do more for herself. I hope everyone has a good evening and I’ll see you tomorrow.

Loved a no-repeat workout bc there is a no dread factor which helps on low-energy days (like today is for me) to know u r only doing one set! Thanks for always mixing it up enough to keep us excited and growing, yet keeping it consistent enough to see great results!
Contemplated another rest day but that was worth it. I feel amazing. And yes, no repeats TOTALLY keeps me motivated to push my hardest in each exercise.

So today I did yesterdays and todays workouts and crushed it! I am sooo glad to be able to do that! A little over 18 months ago I could not rven do lunges without being in pain and out of breath! I really wanted to do this one be ause we don't get no repeats often 😄 It was fun!

I would not do this type of workout EVERYDAY because i feel like i would'nt progress as much with the no repeat, but today this was juste perfect. It felt like 15 min literally. This brought me so the essence of all this: just moving your body and HAVING FUN !

Not going to lie, after being with you for over a year, I have been longing for more cardio filled workouts and was about to abandon ship for a while. Workouts like this will keep me here. I completely understand the need to build muscle, but with summer here I really need the cardio burn a couple times a week. Please incorporate more of this style workout more frequently during the week and I will never leave.
