I loved the longer cool down and Sydney talk. I can't believe this will be the third month that I've been working out with you, downloading the calendar and keeping up with the routine. I can see the changes in my body and in my mind set. I can see and feel the growth, it's been amazing.
I was so tired and so sore this morning. Really wasn't motivated but knew pushing play and staying consistent were vital. Loved this fast-paced no repeat workout. I am dripping in sweat but feel so much better! As you said action creates results that create motivation to continue. THANK you!

This was an amazing workout! My favorite thing is no repeats! But don’t be fooled that this is easy cuz she is 27 weeks pregnant. It is a killer! And she doesn’t slow down!❤
Love the abs workouts and the squats i love it i wasnt motivated but i took action i showed up even though i didnt feel like doing it thank you so much love you Sydney Cummings for always motivating me and showing up that's more then anything
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (40:51): "Action creates results which creates motivation." I have found this to be so true in my own life, especially when it comes to fitness. Most mornings I am half awake when I start the workout. I'm probably motivated about 10% of the time. But after the workout is done, I have never regretted waking up and doing it. Motivation is fleeting, but action is concrete.
Man oh Man! I needed a few more breaths after those burpees! Big applause for Coach SC and her GRIND! No Slack from HER + BABY 💯 Motivation comes from SWEATING and WORKING and Heavy BREATHING! I love it 🤙🏼

I was in a bit of a funk when I started this workout and not motivated at all, so what Sydney said at the end really hit home! Actions always comes first and then you will start to notice something different and that brings curiosity and the motivation comes knocking! I tell my clients this all the time. Its an everyday mantra!
Crushed it! This FLEW by even with twin-ados (twin toddler tornadoes) running around & screaming throughout the house. Had to pause to grab the twinsies some yogurt as their 4th breakfast of the morning but momma CRUSHED IT! Let’s go! Excuses are all mental. You can do anything with some patience & drive to finish.

Holy moly Sydney! What a way to start our Monday. I love a good full body to start the week but WOW! I am amazed at how much energy we needed to push for this one. I was swweeaaatttttiiiinnnngggg as if I was in a sauna . Really loved the one! Going to save this to my “fav Sydney workout” playlist to refer back to ❤️

i have been through so much trial and error this year when it comes to nutrition. two weeks ago i almost gave up because i wasn't seeing any changes. but as i was reflecting the other day i realized how many new healthy habits i've created, which don't require an extra push or thought anymore to do. it's about adding the positives: drinking water, walking every day, eating veges with my meals, rather than prioritizing taking away the "negatives", eating sugary snacks or fried foods. the more i eat veges, the more i crave them, and the less likely i'll automatically crave something sweet. the more positives i have, the less room there is for 'negatives'. changing our eating and workout habits takes time, and that's a good thing! we want these changes to last forever. so whoever else is struggling with adding one more step in their healthy lifestyle, just be patient with yourself and keep trying
At 65 I’m still going strong. Love your workouts! I have my friends following along as well. We get a kick out of tracking our fitness. You are doing an amazing job!
After bruising some areas around my knee and upper right shoulder using the bullet massage gun on Thursday thought I wouldn’t be able to ever move again when I woke up Friday! 😂😂 luckily, rest Friday with a lot of icy hot and other items, slow stretching, was able to play tennis on Saturday wearing knee sleeves. Another day of ice, ultrasound, stretch and rest on Sunday and I cautiously walked the dog his 2.5 miles and killed this work out being very mindful of form to make sure I didn’t hurt my knees. Feeling good.
Wooo 😅 what a way to kick off the week!!! Had a great weekend celebrating my baby boy on the way and entering this week 31 going on 32 weeks pregnant. Great way to start my week off prepping for baby boy and getting his room ready! Loved this workout!! Crushing it looks different being so pregnant but I’m still here rocking it out the best that I can. So grateful I came into this pregnancy in the best shape of my life and I’m able to continue being healthy for me and my baby boy!! 💙
Oh my wow that was crazy fast paced, trying to wipe sweat from my eye and transition...it was pretty but I did it and loved this workout!! It really motivated me to grab that heavier weight and push knowing i only got one shot at it. Thanks Sydney for jump starting my day and my week!!
Crushed It! I don’t know if it was because it’s Monday or what but I struggled more than usual in that workout today! I know it was challenging the first time around but today was a harder challenge for me, but not in the core moves this time. So I’m stronger there but I have been missing my stretch and recovery times so my muscles are not firing like I need them to. This no repeat workout was ideal for my return. I have not worked out (not to say I haven't been active), in over 4 months maybe more. I have been trying to get back but haven't felt it. I started a workout Tuesday, but just couldn't finish mentally disconnected. This was and has helped mentally and physically. I am so glad to be back.... I was looking at the screen like....is sheeee and you said you were expecting that made me smile and also gave me a boost. Congratulations! Thanks again!
