WOW WOW WOW!!! This rocked today! So sweaty I had to change my clothes before the stretch! Feeling great and energized! Now, I need to stop reading comments and go have a FANTASTIC Day! I am so thankful to Sydney! She has definitley helped me change some habits that I have formed over the past decades! Especially with rest days! I would HAVE NEVER EVER taken 1 rest day, prior to Sydney, much less 2 off days! This has totally changed my thinking to a much better place! GRATITUDE!!!

We think, 'Oh, I've got this excuse, I don't have this, I need this, this would be easier if I had this. I'll just wait until it's all settled before I jump into it completely, or before I'm not so stressed.' A lot of the time the things that stress us are the things that we didn't do when we know we should have done them." Oof. This really hit me hard today. I've felt "behind" on several things and in response to my stress, I'm procrastinating even more on them. I'm making tons of excuses and it's been a vicious cycle. I'm focusing on the relief I'll feel when I actually get done what I say I want to do, instead of procrastinating further!

Woke with a blinding headache , went for a walk hoping to shift it, was two minds to do workout , but I did it and yes it was a hard sweaty one but I feel great , headache moreorless gone WOW. Loved this! Abs are still burning. Wish I could of been this active during my pregnancy! I was high risk with twins so the most I could do was gentle walking to avoid early labor. Love you! Have worked out with you my entire journey postpartum (after completing physical threapy for Diastasis recti & pelvic floor prolapse). Thanks for being awesome Sydney; you’re incredible!! HAPPY 3 YEARS WITH SYDNEY!!!! I've been working out with Sydney for so long and I had recently took a few months break due to a medical issue, but I tried my best to stay as active as possible, and I'm so proud to say I've completed roughly 1000 workouts since my journey began. SO proud of myself!!

You're so positive and encouraging, and kept me going when I couldn't follow along with every single exercise - I chose instead to jog in place or do squats. Thank you so much for being such a positive, joyful workout instructor. You're an inspiration!
