    Today is a full body strength compound workout to challenge us with compound exercises in which we will use upper body and lower body muscles to keep our heart rates up and our core muscles challenged.
    We will have 8 exercises each and we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds completing 3 rounds through each exercise.
    I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
    I also used my bench as I am 26 weeks pregnant and I will be performing some modifications for exercises by positioning myself on an incline with the bench.
    The exercises:
    1. Squat and Press Alternating with leg Lift
    2. Reverse Lunge and tricep Kickback
    3. RDL and Hammer Curl
    4. Forward Lunge/ Reverse Lunge/ Lateral Lunge
    5. Sit Up/Russian Twist
    6. Clean and Squat
    7. Front raise Side raise with calf raise
    8. Chest Press and Glute Bridge

    So motivating to see that you keep working out during your pregnancy. When I was pregnant one year ago I was still working out with your videos until 40 weeks of pregnancy! You always share a lighter option and that was perfect! Good luck, your the best! Its great to stay fit it really helps you during labour also, but keep listening to your body!

    I'm proud of my strength. Today was my first day back to working out after getting Covid. I have felt awful the last few days. Today wasn't my best day but I got through the whole workout and I even went up in weight on a couple of exercises. I'm feeling good.

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:27): "It feels good to be reminded of your strength." When I actually listen to Sydney and push up in weight (even though I'm not sure if I can do it), I am usually surprised that I can do at least a few reps, and sometimes last the whole round. She has encouraged me to trust my strength in other areas of life as well, and I'm so grateful!

      Wow Emmy, so amazing! What dumbbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. She said this class will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! It was really hard for me. I could only manage the lesson with 1 lb dumbbells throughout and my arms just gave up. Is it very weak? My mom used DBs of 15s, 20s, and 25s.
