    I'm so glad you are here spending this time to work hard! Using dumbbells we are going to target our whole body in bootcamp style with two movements back to back twice! We will be completing 2 rounds of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest per exercise. I used 10 lb, 15 lb, 20 lb, and 30 pound dumbbells but pick weights that challenge YOU where YOU are today!

    Sincerely, I have only watched three of your videos but I already can say this is the content I have been looking for my whole life. I really love working out with weights but going to crossfit or gym is quite stressful for me but now I found a way to do weights at home and it feels amazing. Thanks for your work!

    I needed a quick workout this morning for All Time Greats 2021, but didn’t see one that fit my schedule. This old one has complete kicked my butt. Sweat pouring and breathing like I ran 5km, but not a moment of cardio in it. Loved this one.

    I had to redo the first 4 exercises as my puppy kept grabbing the miniband in-between plank jacks making for a very difficult workout!!! Needed this today as I am having to take a break from lifting heavy for a few days. #crushedit a day late but got it done.
