That is okay. Listen to your body and don't give up....dropping weights does not mean you have failed but just that you are adjusting accordingly. Proud of you and you are my role model.

When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Love the 3 round format because it allows for focus and fatigue of that particular muscle group before you move on to the next and the challenge to go up in weights so you can see the growth in strength. The full body workout ensures every part of the body gets some of the fun😁. Thanks Sydney.

I did it! I'm almost 65 and have some limitation - chronic shoulder issue and some mild bone density issues, so I have to modify, but I lift heavy where I can and modify where I must. I love these workouts, Sydney's positivity, and the supportive community. Thanks all!
I'm telling you, 30 minute workouts are just as challenging at the longer ones. I felt this one but went up when Sydney told me to and pushed myself as hard as I could. I felt a little off today so I took more breaks than usual but I didn't quit. That's success any way you slice it.
That was the close call, I legit thought I might throw up during that compound set near the end, holy moly that was an intense 30 mins! loved it (obviously)!

I'm with you, I found that I might not complete the 45 seconds but I am lifting to failure which means at 61 I'm actually lifting heavier weights.
