    This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you're moving with intensity!

    At 72, I sometimes decreased and/or dropped the weights in order to complete the reps. I thank you for mentioning in previous recordings, that failure means we’re pushing & it’s OK. I intend to keep pushing.

      That is okay. Listen to your body and don't give up....dropping weights does not mean you have failed but just that you are adjusting accordingly. Proud of you and you are my role model.

      I'm with you, I found that I might not complete the 45 seconds but I am lifting to failure which means at 61 I'm actually lifting heavier weights.

    I have had these for several weeks ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    I’m feeling so grateful to make it to Day 41 in this program! I’m 9 months postpartum with my 5th baby and am feeling so strong! Thank you Sydney for pushing me! I haven’t been perfect but feel so much stronger than I did day 1!

    I've been working out with Sydney since the Pre right before this... like 3 months maybe?? and I've only ever had two dumbbells... an 8 and a 15. Today's my birthday and I got a couple more dumbbells... I couldn't be more excited to use them! thank you thank you for the awesome workouts Sydney!!

    I'm telling you, 30 minute workouts are just as challenging at the longer ones. I felt this one but went up when Sydney told me to and pushed myself as hard as I could. I felt a little off today so I took more breaks than usual but I didn't quit. That's success any way you slice it.

    I did it! I'm almost 65 and have some limitation - chronic shoulder issue and some mild bone density issues, so I have to modify, but I lift heavy where I can and modify where I must. I love these workouts, Sydney's positivity, and the supportive community. Thanks all!

    I really enjoy this format of workout. It’s full on because it is shorter. Love the 3 round format because it allows for focus and fatigue of that particular muscle group before you move on to the next and the challenge to go up in weights so you can see the growth in strength. The full body workout ensures every part of the body gets some of the fun😁. Thanks Sydney.

    Woohooo workout 41. I started summertime fine because I want to sign up for a gym and feel confident going and lifting weights. These last few workouts I have really started to feel confident in my form and my mind muscle connection and I’m starting to feel ready to start workout out in public. All I have is two 15 pound dumbbells and two 20 pound dumbbells and it feels great that they’re starting to be too light for some moves.
    24 more workouts to go and I will be signing up for a gym

    I have overcome a lot to get where I am now. I will be a Fitcation next year. This year, I’m focusing on my mental health. Also, I’m back to basics since I’m working with a mobility disability. I have made significant progress since last year’s accident.

    Thank you Sydney for another great workout. I'm 59 and I've been working out with you since January. I just got back from a trip to Alaska and I was able to do all the walking and hiking without soreness. I even did a glacier walk! Thank you for all of your encouragement and of course the great workouts!

    Hi Sydney, I certainly appreciate all the complimentary workouts I've done on your channel in the past.
    Was hoping Summertime Fine 2023 would include some 45-60 minute all cardio, no repeat/no equipment workouts but no such luck.
    Don't know about everyone else on this channel, but I don't have free weights past 15 pounds. I'm not planning a total home gym and can't afford to have a full rack of weights like you, Sydney, being this is your career. 30-40+ pound weights would be too much anyway. I'm not interested in becoming a bodybuilder!
    I'm happy to find enough great workouts from your other collections that work better for me!
