Sydney, Thank You 🥰👃Your workouts are terrific: great variety, much attention to all body parts and alternating routines, great form check in comments, your energy and commitment, great role model and long term health & fitness plans!!! I am 73 years old with a myeloma diagnosis, had a stem cell replacement 1 yr ago. I work out full on to your programs at least 5 days a wk using 5, 10, & 15 lb weights. You keep me going and having fun most of the time ;-) If I could request any changes it would be that we get the whole 2 minute cool down. It always gets shortened. Its not that much time but always gets shortened with all of you ending reminders, which are important ;-) Maybe you could keep the stretches going while your giving them ;-) I know you could do them in your sleep 🥰

I recently updated my weight repertoir and it is a game changer. This was an amazing workout! I have been working out with Sydney since 1,5 year and it is the most wonderful, empowering, encouraging, confidence-boosting experience in my life. I can never be grateful enough for this. 😭
One more day! I still can't believe it's almost the end. I'm so proud of myself for sticking to it even when my schedule got busy. I will crush it tomorrow and still come back for more.

Buenos Dias! Thank you Sydney for yet ANOTHER amazing burn it out 30 min workout. I used to believe 30 mins wasn't enough to really crush it until I found you! LOL. The lack of rest inbetween the rounds is the clincher I believe. Wow. Awesome and was shaking in those squats - both the block assist and heel raise. I was able to stay up on my toes with the weight and didn't fall out of the position. Fantastic. Seeing soooo much progress now that I am working out 5 days a week. What a difference and the body is buff! WOOT!!!! Thank you! Oh and I went from being able to do 4 pushups to 10!!!!! Thanks to me and thanks to you and thanks to all of you who show up here every day. I really feel the group energy! One Love!

One day away from finishing STF 2023! I weighed in this morning and exceeded my goal for the program. I cried after the first workout when I wrote the letter to myself. I know I’m going to cry reading it after tomorrow’s workout. This is the first summer I’ve ever been fully committed to myself, my health, and completed a workout program. Thank you Sydney!
