No matter how you started Tier 1, You’re gonna CRUSH this final week before 2! Is this the longest anyone has hung into a workout program? I made myself a promise I CAN and WILL FINISH!

I have been consistently showing up since day one of STF. The scale has not budged. BUT I feel stronger and I KNOW I wouldn’t have been able to do this workout at all a month ago. I’m holding on to that for motivation. I need to just keep going! I will hit my goals!

I really had Sydney's voice in my head tonight...did 7 hours of violin playing, got kids from nursery, put them down with husband, did this workout, realised I had errands to run at the supermarket, came home 10pm and was SO hungry. I wanted something fast, then Sydney's voice "what's one thing you can do after this workout to support it"...me: eats a banana 👌💪 it's the small decisions that add up.
🔥 i needed that!!! i have been struggling with my relationship with foods that are not as nutrient-dense and am in the process of trying to heal that “all or nothing” mentality. today, i’m going to take each moment as it comes and not get overwhelmed if i have a small amount of any food i struggle to stay on track with! i hope it’s sunny where you are 🌞😋
You are not alone in this! I’m an all or nothing person and it’s so easy to beat yourself up when you eat one not-great food, as if the rest of the day didn’t matter, or “what the heck” it and eat all the things. I remind myself that 40+ years of conditioning won’t disappear overnight and this is a learning process. One day at a time. We can do this. 💪🏼
I am the same way! I used to beat myself up for eating unhealthy foods, but will allow myself some certain times. I found out that if I cut it all out, it was worse for me. We all are in this together and WE GOT THIS!!!!!
These 1-minute work periods have been a true test of my endurance. If you had said I could last through a whole minute much less 2 or 3 at the beginning, I'd have said no way. I'm doing it though and it feels amazing! I can't wait to keep pushing myself and growing stronger through the rest. My goal now is to just take the 15 seconds rest in between and not pause the video for longer. Still building up my stamina but it's coming.
I have to admit that I didn’t work out for 2 weeks now because life happened, but kept active with hikes and swimming. Now I am out of town and if someone would told me few years ago that I am going to workout under direct sunlight on a kind of a vacation, I wouldn’t believe them. This shows how much Sydney made me love working out. Totally crushed it today!

My knee hurts today just from walking. It has been 2 days now :( As much as I want to work out, I am afraid I'd just injure myself. My body needs to stop... it's the first time in 6 months that I am skipping Syd workout sessions. Feeling a bit guilty about it, but health first 😢
We do have to listen to our bodies. They know how to tell us to rest a bit. This was the first week I had to make up a workout on the off days because of work. Tired. Body exhausted. Last week of school activities for kids.
Hang in there!! As Jess said, we definitely have to listen to our bodies and not feel guilty about it. ❤️ As a side note, have you tried KT tape? I use it occasionally for my hip flexor when it acts up. Tons of videos about how to apply it to different areas!
I crushed it! I liked this one, but I like all of your full body workouts. I will get a walk in at the beach, have a healthy breakfast, go shopping for the week so I am prepared with healthy meals, and be thankful that I am able to wake up and workout everyday. Thank you Sydney!
I love Sydney’s advice yesterday on Instagram. Start early. Get a good breakfast in early. Hydrate early. I’m tired, but I’m getting this good choice in early. 💪🏻
When I tell you I was not in the mood to workout today 😅 I started the workout thinking at least I’m doing it at least I’m moving, but I wasn’t giving it 100%. Your pep talks always motivate me and I was giving it my all by the end (sometimes breathing not leaving) but still pushed hard until 0:00!
Ok can’t lie this killed me I have weak tries so this was pretty hard for me especially with the 3 rounds. Who’s up for it? I need to phone a friend after this one. Proud but crying 😅
My day was all backwards, went for a 3 mile walk then did Sydney's workout. I did not think I would make it! Thank you Sydney for all of the encouragement and keeping us looking forwar to the next workout!!!!
A little bummed that I have to be making modifications during fire week but i have some intense back pain that’s slowing me down! A day behind but showed up today to knock this one out

So glad we revisited day 1....and if I remember right I had to drop to knees for tricep push ups...well I did them all on my toes today(even if it wasn't pretty) 😂 and I did the commandos!!! My triceps are still feeling it from Saturday so they're not gonna be my friend tomorrow lol. Off to do a tabata now for that little extra! 🏃♀️💪
I started this program a couple weeks late but between graduating high school and getting ready to leave for college this weekend I've taken several weeks off in total. Whoever else has had to pause and resume, remember to be proud of yourself for showing up!!! You've got this! ❤️❤️❤️

Today the beat helped keep me moving & & then towards the last toe touches it slowed down when I was close to quitting but it helped me finish. I love having these songs with less vocals so we can hear all your trainer tips!😎

my mental strength was tested just as much as my physical strength today. so proud of myself for continuing to move even if i needed to take a break from the burn for a second and hop back into it. sydney always has me exceeding my previous limits! 💗💗

Those back lounges to squat jumps were serious! It was instant fire for me on those!
Never underestimate a 30 minute workout. I'm going to stretch to support this workout.
I have been doing Sydney's 10 min full body band stretch after all her workouts. Extremely effective.
