What a burner! 🔥🔥 I don’t know how people skip the cool down; it’s pretty much the best part of the workout 😅 my son turns 1 year old today!!!! Can’t believe it!!! Officially 1 year postpartum! Grateful and blessed to continue to rock with Syd and this squad! ❤❤

Had to modify the core work at times when I started feeling pain in my surgery areas but I'm definitely stronger because of the work I put in with Sydney and this squad! This i can confidently say Sydney is your hardest no equipment workout. Gave up after the second set, was dripping sweat as though stepped outa shower. Truly lived upto its name of being a fire workout. 🔥🔥

When I first wake up, I drink an entire glass of water that I put on my bedside stand before going to bed at night. Then I get into my workout gear and do these awesome workouts! I have been doing this for the past year; this small habit of hydrating before I workout has been a game changer for me! Thank you Sydney for always reminding us to make our healthy lifestyle a priority.
A shoulder workout disguised as a cardio workout lol. Shoulders are my weakest muscle group so this is a good reminder to keep pushing those weights when we focus on shoulders
