    OMG Fireweek aint no joke!😅 anyone else couldn't hold those plank/slider exercises? I couldn't even do that for 10 seconds 😢 BUT I did not give up, I just paused and got back into it! Amazing work out! Good luck everyone this week!🔥

    What a burner! 🔥🔥 I don’t know how people skip the cool down; it’s pretty much the best part of the workout 😅 my son turns 1 year old today!!!! Can’t believe it!!! Officially 1 year postpartum! Grateful and blessed to continue to rock with Syd and this squad! ❤❤

    Oh my gosh this was HAAAAAARD. Couldn't hold any of the exercises for 60 seconds, plus the thought that I would have to repeat this 3x?!?!?!?!? Glad this one is done!!! 😂

    that was hard but i made it through. Sydney, i do need a cool down more than i need a pep talk. I am already motivated and while i like what you are saying, please keep the cool down going while you're standing there. please.

      Why not just continue with your own stretches while she talks? That's what I do. Best of both worlds 😊

      @@violinistaUK that is what i do but i prefer a targeted cool down that fits the workout. I find that i tend to skimp on the cool down when left to my own devices. (lol)

    OMG!, those side planks hip dips got me. Had to pause for a sec. and go right back to it till I finished. This fireweek sure is intense, but well worth it. Day 22 done.

    Well that was definitely not my best workout but I didn’t quit I kept going and finished it. 🎉 this week is DEFINITELY fire!! I love it ❤

    Even though my body felt so heavy today, I’m so glad that I pushed through and finished this workout! I’m not particularly proud of myself for always stopping during some of the moves but I’m glad I made it. Thank you so much Sydney!

    Ok wish me luck. Commenting before workout as I’m really trying to get my mind right for these intense workouts. These 60 secs back to back are no laughing matter. Feels like much longer. Tough!!
    Ok I did it guys!! Mountain climbers are so hard to do for a min after another 60sec block yikes!! But pushed through.

    When Sydney says Fire/Burn week she is NOT kidding! Good Lord that one was tough but I'm proud that I made it to the end! Had to modify the core work at times when I started feeling pain in my surgery areas but I'm definitely stronger because of the work I put in with Sydney and this squad!     I knew this was going to be hard when Sydney said no equipment needed. Wow, I wanted to quit a few times during this burner but I pushed through and crushed it! Thank you, Sydney, for always motivating us to work harder than we think we can!!

    This i can confidently say Sydney is your hardest no equipment workout. Gave up after the second set, was dripping sweat as though stepped outa shower. Truly lived upto its name of being a fire workout. 🔥🔥

    When I first wake up, I drink an entire glass of water that I put on my bedside stand before going to bed at night. Then I get into my workout gear and do these awesome workouts! I have been doing this for the past year; this small habit of hydrating before I workout has been a game changer for me! Thank you Sydney for always reminding us to make our healthy lifestyle a priority.

    A shoulder workout disguised as a cardio workout lol. Shoulders are my weakest muscle group so this is a good reminder to keep pushing those weights when we focus on shoulders
