    Today is a giant set workout so be ready to stay moving! We will complete 13 exercises 1 round each for 45 seconds and then we will start back at the top and do that one more time all the way through!     I'm on my daughter's trip to DC. We are out from 7-10 everyday. We walk about 10 miles everyday. I have worked out every morning before leaving for the day. Discipline over motivation is real! I wouldn't have done it without this community. I am so appreciative for Sydney, her team, and each and everyone who showed up today to help push me. Thank you, all!

      Today I go to an Indian street food marketplace to try my friend’s vegan Indian food booth. Proud of her and her cuisine supports the workout I just did today. Happy, healthy, strong, summertime fine 👑💪

    I thought you were kidding when you said “you have made it to your cooldown” cause that workout went by so fast! I’m on vacation, so I’m super bummed I missed yesterday’s workout and hope to make that up one day, but so grateful for some no equipment needed options. Will be missing several workouts thus next week but will hope to get some body weight workouts in still. Waking up early on vacation is defo not my favorite, but it’s no or it won’t happen. Grateful I chose to wake up and crush today’s workout!

    Nothing makes me feel more alive and ready for the day than a good sweaty, cardio workout! I was struggling for a few weeks to get up and crush the workouts but then a friend told me to not give myself the choice... Just do it! Really changed my mental state and now it's just second nature to get up and workout, even on a Saturday! Great job to all!

    taking my new bike for a ride and hanging out with family - where I will be bringing a healthy dish to share! We think these workouts are challenging, but even more so is how we live life outside of them! I love being reminded every day by Sydney how important that is, and reading about how all of you are rising to the challenges life brings. You are ALL truly inspiring!

    This workout felt pretty advanced! Slowed some things down, modified, and got it done!!!! Your post workout motivation is always the best!! You can never tell us enough to live our life in a way that is supporting what we do on the mat and makes our work here worth it and effective!! Sleep, stress management, nutrition, water, and sweat!! We’ve got this!

    Feeling 100% guilty for not doing a class today due to serious fatigue, that time of month and massive headaches and all I'm doing is feeling guilty for not doing it but I know my body needs a break for one day. I never take a day off but today is kicking my butt. Super depressed today

    I listen Sydney and acted on getting my sleep in order. I realize the importance of getting a good night sleep and eating early.
    I have been eating before 7:30 pm for the past 3 weeks. I have been having the best sleep in years. Well rested in the morning and ready to take on the day.

    I had to modify this heavily, because I have a flu and had pretty high fever for 2 days 🤒 But, 12 weeks without my saturday sweets/chocolate/wine, over 15 000 steps/day and less salt&sugar! Down 5 kg/11 lbs 🥳

    LOVED this workout! Great for on the road! I finally saw 1.5 pounds come off the scale, just this morning! So if your progress is slow, like mine, please know you are NOT alone! Stick with your workouts & track your calories (even if you aren't counting macros, count your daily calories! .... it will be eye opening ;0) Happy Saturday!

    I am a little late with this, but an injury made it too hard to exercise yesterday. Thank goodness for the rest days that can move around! Went out to breakfast this morning and had a veggie omelette rather than pancakes or something fried. Have a great weekend!

    I'm a day late on finishing week 3 BUT I ran my first 5k in over a decade yesterday with my 10yr old. It was a blast. And I'm thankful this was a quick workout since tomorrow will bring a new workout week! Congrats to everyone who finished this one!

    I think I had the mistake of making up yesterdays workout in combination with todays but I didn’t want to fall behind and I know the activities later I want to enjoy myself without feeling guilty guilty but not over doing it. It felt great to crush them both but had to add in some modifications but I kept breathing and didn’t quit.

    STF 2024 Day 15 ✅! Looking forward to Week 4! Going to work on getting excited (and being less anxious) about my daughter's upcoming June 1 wedding! A year and half of planning is done. It's time for the fun to begin!

    Workout 15 done!! I’ve been slipping with my nutrition lately which I’m trying to get better at, but staying consistent with the workouts! My goal the next few days is to keep showing up and support my workouts with good nutrition!
