I'm on my daughter's trip to DC. We are out from 7-10 everyday. We walk about 10 miles everyday. I have worked out every morning before leaving for the day. Discipline over motivation is real! I am 67 years old and am the strongest and have the most endurance of my life thanks to Sydney. I have done a lot of programs of the years and yours is the best! Thank you for taking the time to keep me fit!

I thought you were kidding when you said “you have made it to your cooldown” cause that workout went by so fast! I’m on vacation, so I’m super bummed I missed yesterday’s workout and hope to make that up one day, but so grateful for some no equipment needed options. Will be missing several workouts thus next week but will hope to get some body weight workouts in still. Waking up early on vacation is defo not my favorite, but it’s no or it won’t happen. Grateful I chose to wake up and crush today’s workout!

Nothing makes me feel more alive and ready for the day than a good sweaty, cardio workout! I was struggling for a few weeks to get up and crush the workouts but then a friend told me to not give myself the choice... Just do it! Really changed my mental state and now it's just second nature to get up and workout, even on a Saturday! Great job to all!

When you said “you have made it to your cooldown” I was waiting for u to say “just kidding a few exercises more” and then u said to stretch and I was like “really it’s the cooldown already” and I double checked the screen 😅 the first set felt like never ending whereas the second set passed by very quickly! Are u sure Sydney we did all the exercises in the second set?😛😄

Feeling 100% guilty for not doing a class today due to serious fatigue, that time of month and massive headaches and all I'm doing is feeling guilty for not doing it but I know my body needs a break for one day. I never take a day off but today is kicking my butt. Super depressed today
Take the day off, rest and get back into it tomorrow! One day won’t make a difference to your performance, just don’t let it roll into two days or a week!!

Thanks Sydney for pushing me to see habits that aren’t serving me. It’s time to draw boundaries between work and home life. I work from home so it is too easy to make excuses for why Instill need to work. That is not serving me. I am usurping valuable time that I could be playing with my son, gardening, or enjoying time with my husband.

I had to modify this heavily, because I have a flu and had pretty high fever for 2 days 🤒 But, 12 weeks without my saturday sweets/chocolate/wine, over 15 000 steps/day and less salt&sugar! Down 5 kg/11 lbs 🥳
I am a little late with this, but an injury made it too hard to exercise yesterday. Thank goodness for the rest days that can move around! Went out to breakfast this morning and had a veggie omelette rather than pancakes or something fried. Have a great weekend!
