Today is a giant set workout so be ready to stay moving! We will complete 13 exercises 1 round each for 45 seconds and then we will start back at the top and do that one more time all the way through! It's an epic workout if you're someone who just loves moving! We don't need any equipment for this one so grab your water and let's crush it!

I'm on my daughter's trip to DC. We are out from 7-10 everyday. We walk about 10 miles everyday. I have worked out every morning before leaving for the day. Discipline over motivation is real! I wouldn't have done it without this community. I am so appreciative for Sydney, her team, and each and everyone who showed up today to help push me. Thank you, all!

I’ve been doing Sydney workouts for almost 2 years and THIS is one of the BEST workouts she’s ever done! The pace, exercises, cues, outfit, everything 10/10!!!
I thought you were kidding when you said “you have made it to your cooldown” cause that workout went by so fast! I’m on vacation, so I’m super bummed I missed yesterday’s workout and hope to make that up one day, but so grateful for some no equipment needed options. Will be missing several workouts thus next week but will hope to get some body weight workouts in still. Waking up early on vacation is defo not my favorite, but it’s no or it won’t happen. Grateful I chose to wake up and crush today’s workout!

Nothing makes me feel more alive and ready for the day than a good sweaty, cardio workout! I was struggling for a few weeks to get up and crush the workouts but then a friend told me to not give myself the choice... Just do it! Really changed my mental state and now it's just second nature to get up and workout, even on a Saturday! Great job to all!

We think these workouts are challenging, but even more so is how we live life outside of them! Feeling 100% guilty for not doing a class today due to serious fatigue, that time of month and massive headaches and all I'm doing is feeling guilty for not doing it but I know my body needs a break for one day. I never take a day off but today is kicking my butt. Super depressed today

I have been eating before 7:30 pm for the past 3 weeks. I have been having the best sleep in years. Well rested in the morning and ready to take on the day.

I had to modify this heavily, because I have a flu and had pretty high fever for 2 days 🤒 But, 12 weeks without my saturday sweets/chocolate/wine, over 15 000 steps/day and less salt&sugar! Down 5 kg/11 lbs 🥳

this coming week my focus will be to get back to my thriving bedtime routine, which puts my body and mind in a space that ensure healthy choices throughout my day.
Go outside with my son and just playing the backyard with him and then going to go to the bookstore for a new book!! A little bit of fun in the sun and followed by nice evening of reading just to relax!!
Cardio and AB's are my nemesis, I much prefer weight training. I really enjoyed this format. Thank you Sydney for mixing it up. Well done to all ❤

I am a little late with this, but an injury made it too hard to exercise yesterday. Thank goodness for the rest days that can move around! Went out to breakfast this morning and had a veggie omelette rather than pancakes or something fried. Have a great weekend!

I think I had the mistake of making up yesterdays workout in combination with todays but I didn’t want to fall behind and I know the activities later I want to enjoy myself without feeling guilty guilty but not over doing it. It felt great to crush them both but had to add in some modifications but I kept breathing and didn’t quit.
