    I still can’t understand how Sydney isn’t the most popular workout influencer on RUclips, no one compares to her! I recommend her to everyone who asks me what I’m doing. I’ve never been in better shape in my life thanks to Sydney and Dustin!! I feel like I’m not alone, when I don’t want to workout at least I know my girl Sydney is with me, then she motivates and encourages at the end. No one compares, so incredibly thankful I found her!!!

      Same here. I was originally looking for 40-45 minute workouts that challenged me. Sydney’s workouts not only do that, they help me stay fit without injury because she emphasizes and shows proper form throughout. Gyms never do that.

    I had my hip replaced almost 3 weeks ago. I did your workouts for years and even in pain with my bad hip before my operation. I just modified. I cannot wait to get back to where I was with you before my injury. Im gonna be 61 yrs old this may. I love your workouts. ❤

    If you're a beginner, don't be discouraged if you can't keep up with the pace right away. Progress takes time and consistency.

      Right. I just slow the moves down when needed, and keep moving throughout.

    I normally skip over cardio workouts bc I live in an apt, I went for it today, made some modifications and still pushed hard! Such a good sweat going, here’s to a kick ass day!💪🏽🖤

    Sydney is slowing and surely making me love cardio again - I was a cardio fiend for years and barely did any strength training. Now I LOVE strength training and use cardio more sparingly. This was so much fun, went fast and had such awesome core moves throughout. Loved it!

    Had to DRIVE in high gear on this one. I enjoy the Tabata workouts. Stayed in plank for the full 2 minutes. If you haven't done this one yet - you got it!

    I am strong and I am strong enough to challenge myself to new challenges. Loved this workout. Tabata has always been my favorite and combined with abs is extremely hard but doable. Thanks Sydney for making us resilient, determined and strong.

    While I love working out with Sydney, I miss the little helps for those of us who are beginners. I can’t do sit ups because of multiple reasons, and it’d be nice to have a lower impact option like in previous videos. I did find that for those who can’t do full sit ups, dead bugs are achievable. They keep it easier to keep my core activated and my belly button tucked towards the floor. There are other exercises that can be done if you can’t do sit ups. Thanks for always being a positive motivation Sydney! ❤

    I'm pretty sure this workout is my definition of a happy place! ABS and HIIT! So, it's so good, but that last last round with the straight leg bicycles was ☠️! Thank you for a fantastic workout!

    This really did go by quickly!! I loved the way you broke it up into cardio/abs, it really allowed me to push myself fully in every exercise!

    That one had great flow to it….just when I couldn’t do anymore cardio we switched it up and that ab burn today was real!! Felt great to breath hard and see the sweat dripping onto my mat! Crushed it! Drive Day 7 complete!!!🥵🥵🙌🏼🥵🔥🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼
