I'm 73 next week. Started with Sydney right before my 70th. Love it! Perhaps not always pretty (like those crazy side plank twists today!), but I always give everything a go and feel great at the end.

@@deirdrehutton4251 It is! I have an artificial hip after breaking it in an accident 10 years ago. Some of the exercises are painful to the hip (and this is one) which makes me think, hmmmmm should I do being this? So I modify. But mostly I can do them all and feel great as a result. "Don't let the old man in" as the sayiing goes. I try to keep feeling youngish and flexible!

I generally don't because the cool down is not included in the workout time anymore. If the workout is 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes.

PRIME!!! I am now 67, have been doing your workouts since the days when you posted 6 strength workouts during the week and Sundays was a 20 minute stretch video. You are amazing and make working out so much easier, no planning, just turn on the TV. I have 2 of my daughters hooked on your workouts now too.
