First, love this mix of cardio and strength, a perfect transition to STF! I have been working on my ab bracing after a series of injuries, and I appreciate all the ab work and cueing! Finally, we were totally matching today (fave purple royal change leggings and black top)-great taste ;)

Thanks for the push. Struggling with motivation today. I had to force myself to get up and workout. Knowing it was 30 min o thought ok, no big deal. Oh boy! I struggled almost the whole time! But I finished and tomorrow is another day.
Such a different feeling than finishing a strength focused workout. I was like, hmmm, I’m sweating but didn’t feel worn out like I’m used to with strength workouts and then I looked at my watch and said, oh! I still burned some awesome calories. Thank you! That was a fun change of pace.
I love no repeat workouts, every round is an opportunity to push hard, knowing it won't be back again...until next time!
