      Hi Sydney. Just here to say that I restarted my workouts after a break of 3 weeks. I had been feeling very low coz these three weeks of no exercise were really starting to show. Anyway I am back with a fresh resolve. Your motivation at the end of the workout was something I really needed to hear. Somehow you always know what to say and when to say it. So thank you for that and for being my trainer.
      And also…my favourite move today was the plank side walks 😊

      Squat swing would be my favorite but the whole last set was intense, challenging and amazing!!! I opted to alt knee lifts on the L raises, and it was so good

      I had work travel and then personal travel the past 2 weeks so I'm back at it today too! And I felt the inconsistency. Happy to be back at it!

    I am a 40 year old mom of 2. I found Sydney 4 years ago and I have never felt better in my body. I've never felt stronger. I never thought I'd be able to do 5 push-ups let alone pushups in a burpee for 3 rounds---but I DID!! I CAN!!!! Thank you, Sydney and Dustin!!!!

    Crushed it!! Today everything felt hard and heavy due to my menstrual cycle making her appearance. Here's your reminder that even when things feel hard, just do it! Adjust weight, pause the workout for a second, gather your thoughts, it's always worth it to show up for YOU! I am feeling much better after getting up and moving. Keep up the great work everyone!

    Thank you for these 30 min workouts!!!!!! I actually get stressed when I see a 45 min workout, as I want to participate but it's so hard with two young kiddos! This i can make time for!

    It has been difficult to stay consistent but I'm here. Excited to celebrate that I have stuck with this program this month! Last week of the month and I am motivated to stay dedicated to my workouts and nutrition.

    The 30mins workouts are good for me just now. Weather is very hot and there is reluctance for several reasons. I can convince my mind so far, that 30 mins is not that long, lucky 🎉!

    Today was a tough day for me. Lot of negative energy, fatigue and low self-esteem but I have decided to give this workout a go because I have a routine and I want to follow it no matter what. It make me feel really good and I've cried a lot at the end. I am capable of doing such incredible and hard things. Thank you so so so much Sydney !!!

    Good morning everyone. So very happy Mondays are 30 minutes… but a challenging 30. I think from Sydney’s message she knew I had a tough week last week after a very strong January Just like another squad member had mentioned but what makes us different is we fall off but get up and get right back on!!     OMG! I’m dead! Silly me ran 1 mile all out before starting this workout. So many times I wanted to hit stop and leave. But I’m proud of myself! I kept “driving” and completed the workout! Thanks for the motivation Sydney! 😅

    What a wonderful start to the new week. And unbelievable, but the month is almost over again. I'm so happy that you Sydney are giving us a way to bring structure and continuity into our lives with these daily workouts. I have found an inner balance and am infinitely grateful that my body is able to do this.
    I'm so sorry that I don't always manage to put a comment under every video. I have the workout calendar and plan the workouts firmly into my daily routine, unfortunately I don't always have the time to honor it accordingly, so now: Thank you for always being there for us. I appreciate you as a person immensely and look forward to every single video. With every workout, I have the great community in front of my eyes, which gives me strength.     I normally workout early in the morning like I got up at 5 am, but today felt so tired since my little one is sick and I also have some cough, but that didn’t stop me from doing what I love, which is to keep my body and mind free from stress and exercise definitely is a therapy for me.

As a certified-burpee-loving-freak, I really appreciated all the burpee variations you added to these Monday workouts. Please add more!!! 😆 I just love the high when we end with burpees.     I'm 5 months postpartum and seeing so much strength increases! I've gone up in all my upper body moves, as well as my lower body! Almost back to my pre pregnancy weight (I gained at least 40lbs).
    Sydney when will you sell that yoga mat again?! I want a new one, but only yours. I love the design. Please make it again!
