Hi Sydney. Just here to say that I restarted my workouts after a break of 3 weeks. I had been feeling very low coz these three weeks of no exercise were really starting to show. Anyway I am back with a fresh resolve. Your motivation at the end of the workout was something I really needed to hear. Somehow you always know what to say and when to say it. So thank you for that and for being my trainer. And also…my favourite move today was the plank side walks 😊
Squat swing would be my favorite but the whole last set was intense, challenging and amazing!!! I opted to alt knee lifts on the L raises, and it was so good
anyone else happy that Monday's are only 30 minutes - woah that last circuit was definitely a heart rate increaser!! happy Monday all - hoping I last all day with hardly any sleep! great work everyone
The 30mins workouts are good for me just now. Weather is very hot and there is reluctance for several reasons. I can convince my mind so far, that 30 mins is not that long, lucky 🎉!

Adjust weight, pause the workout for a second, gather your thoughts, it's always worth it to show up for YOU! I am feeling much better after getting up and moving. Keep up the great work everyone!

Time has been something on my mind a lot lately. As I quickly approach 55 I sit and wonder what happened to all the time I thought I had. Making better choices not only for my mind but with my time. ❤
Today was a tough day for me. Lot of negative energy, fatigue and low self-esteem but I have decided to give this workout a go because I have a routine and I want to follow it no matter what. It make me feel really good and I've cried a lot at the end. I am capable of doing such incredible and hard things. Thank you so so so much Sydney !!!
