    I thought I was gonna cry when Sydney announced a bonus round of glute bridges at the end 😭. I felt like I had nothing left to give but it turns out I did! Thank you for pushing us past our perceived limits to unlock new levels, Sydney ❤️! I’m so proud of everyone for crushing this one! Happy Valentine’s Day 🫶🏼!!

    Self love sometimes feels uncomfortable to be. I never feel like I deserve the love because of my many faults. It’s hard to find myself loving my body or my accomplishments. I find myself in this time with this community able to see some positive growth in my mind and body. Thanks Sydney for giving me and all who come to this channel some light in the tunnel. ❤

    Crushed it!! Pushed myself in new ways and I’m proud of my efforts today! I know it’s love day but I was not loving Sydney when she added a fifth round of glute bridges! Especially since I was already pushing myself by doing all rounds on the bench and taking the last 10-15 seconds of each round in an isometric hold! But I did it anyway and surprised myself with my strength and glute endurance!! Great work today y’all! ❤❤❤🥵🥵🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥🔥🍑🍑🍑🍑

    Wow! Today felt a little like a Monday for me. Up many hours with my son last night…thought about pushing this to tomorrow but I did it! Not my best work but pushed myself when I could. I’m either getting old or need to warm up more because my quads were not ready for that jump start 😅

    I loved the straight glute bridge set at the end! Even simply so I didn't have to quickly pull a heavy dumbbell on and off to do different exercise. Glutes were already tired but I was still able to push thru! Great workout! ❤

    Crushed it. I have noticed that I have become strong in doing the rdls and balance on one leg while doing those. It is a big achievement for me. Loved the workout. Always a surprise at every step. Thanks Sydney.❤

    I started to enjoy more those leg days.. doing hip thrusts instead of glute bridges.. but that 5th round made me cry 😅 thanks Sydney for pushing us to get stronger!! 🩷🩷🍑🔥

    I found this extremely challenging today..but in a good way. Learning to push myself to do more but not pushing myself over the edge. 🙌.
    That extra round of bridges was rough, but stuck it out!

    Awesome leg and glute workout!! I see the improvement because I’m using 15 lb dumbbells for step ups on my bench and could barely do 5 lb dumbbells a while back!! Hoping to ramp up to 20!! 💪🏼

Halfway through this workout I doubted myself thinking I can’t finish this, my legs are already so wobbly but I listened to Sydney and said to myself f this, I’m gonna finish this thing!
