Crushed it!! Pushed myself in new ways and I’m proud of my efforts today! I know it’s love day but I was not loving Sydney when she added a fifth round of glute bridges! Especially since I was already pushing myself by doing all rounds on the bench and taking the last 10-15 seconds of each round in an isometric hold! Wow! Today felt a little like a Monday for me. Up many hours with my son last night…thought about pushing this to tomorrow but I did it! Not my best work but pushed myself when I could. I’m either getting old or need to warm up more because my quads were not ready for that jump start 😅
I loved the straight glute bridge set at the end! Even simply so I didn't have to quickly pull a heavy dumbbell on and off to do different exercise. Glutes were already tired but I was still able to push thru! Great workout! ❤
Crushed it. I have noticed that I have become strong in doing the rdls and balance on one leg while doing those. It is a big achievement for me. Loved the workout. Always a surprise at every step. Thanks Sydney.❤
