Despite that I always power through, feel great afterwards, love the result of having strong legs, and reap the benefits. I was finally able to crush this. 7 weeks post hysterectomy surgery today! This was the last workout that I had to makeup...and I was putting it off for obvious reasons, lol. That was TOUGH! So proud of myself! Thanks, Sydney and Dustin, for this super amazing workout! Love and appreciate you both every day! 👌💪🔥🥵😘❤️

I loved this workout and love how the channel has evolved into 5 days per week with 30-45 minute workouts. I could not keep up when the workouts were an hour or six days a week. Now, I’ve been able to stay consistent and complete all workouts posted for the past 2 months. Just yesterday, someone asked if I still went to the gym and I said I go to my home gym in my living room. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!
