- Welcome to your leg and glutes workout! Today is all about moving with intensity so grab your glute bands and dumbbells and let's crush it!

In today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between rounds of each exercise. We will complete each superset 3 times total before moving on. The training variables we are focusing on today are time under tension so let's decrease your weights and focus on moving your body without resting as much in each working set. Grab your water and be ready to get your heart rate up as we tone up with this workout!

I tend to be intimidated of a 45 min workout but always feel like a beast when I complete it. Grateful for my body and its ability to move today!

I have been working out with videos from home for almost 20 years, and was introduced to this channel by a friend back in July. Sydney is by far my favorite trainer I've ever followed! She is so incredibly encouraging and she pushes me progressively in just the ways I need. I did this workout yesterday, and OMG my quads. I can barely walk. But this goes to show how much she keeps pushing me, because I have been working out with her videos 3-5 times a week for 8 months now. I am so grateful, and know I will feel confident at age 40 in my swimsuit in Hawaii this May. Thank you Sydney, you rock!!!

She ain't messing around with this program, and I love it. Adore 45-min workouts!! Love how the single leg work was split up so it wasn't monotonous in the slightest. Definitely gonna repeat this one when I need an epic leg day.

I couldn't feel a good connection to the deadlifts with my foot against the wall, so instead I did more of an L stance with legs, so my hips would open up more and WOWZA burn city!!
