Loved this! Sydney in 2018 I lost 46kgs working out at home with you and unfortunately life threw various boulders at me that made me gain them back. So today is day 1 of working out with you again to lose them again but this time it's for life. ❤
Thank you for commenting! You are such an inspiration! I started working out with Sydney in late 2020 and got in pretty decent shape. Then I had twins and gained 100 pounds. I’m still trying to lose the last 30 pounds of that, so I’m back again, too! Let’s do this! For life!
I lost around 15 kgs thanks to Sydney and doing portion control. And I love that for myself, but once you lose weight, gaining it back becomes your biggest fear, I have also gained back some 3-4 kgs after 2 years and trying to lose it. Exercising isn't the issue, eating healthy is the main problem 😔
Once again - never underestimate 30 mins with Sydney! I am breathless and have nothing left to give! Let's GO Squad, this month is going to be killer and such a good builder on top of last month's Breakthrough month!

Commenting on the entire Drive series as completed it. If you want to elevate your fitness to excelling beyond maintaining, you owe it to yourself to start today! I started this after finishing the Breakthrough series. Sydney is exceptional at crafting each workout as well as the entire 20 day series. I especially appreciate all the glute and hamstring sequences. Where many instructors either leave out or it’s an afterthought, Sydney focuses on these all important muscle groups. My goal with this and breakthrough was to get beyond maintaining good condition, and pushing out of my comfort zone and getting to great condition. Sydney got me there! THANKS!!
So I wasn’t connecting with the current workout program PPL so I decided to do another one for this month. Either way I’m pushing myself to show up and be present.
I am DRIVEN! Let's do this! My goal is to be consistent in all areas of my life; nutrition, exercise, water, sleep and most importantly getting back to me. I have not been my self over the past couple of months and I have noticed that change took place when I stopped taking care of my self. Time to get to my next best self!

Day 1 of Drive is complete! And my goal is to remain consistent. Last month was the first time I competed each day. By the end, i was doing light workouts on the rest days. 😊
Morning! My goals are to consistently add running while continuing to focus on strength in preparation for a half marathon in May. Our drive will get us to & beyond our goals. Keep driving all!!
Crushed it with what I could! Yesterday I spent the whole day on the couch sick and my body was so achy. Broke out sweating while sleeping last night. Feeling about 80% better today and knew I wanted to sweat some toxins out from this cold! Although I lifted much lighter than normal, and moved slower, I still did it! Hopefully feeling better tomorrow and can continue to crush it 🎉
This month it is about “driving” past excuses that lead to bad nutrition choices. First workout was a hit! I was pretty toasty by the pendulum lunges but I didn’t drop weight even though I thought about it. Day one in the books!

I finished STF 24 and was sad to see it go. Because I am one who needs someone with me pushing me to keep going, I started this program and just crushed it at 9:35 pm even while dealing with pain in my left hip. Great job to anyone who is doing this program as well, you did awesome! Trying to stay fit in my 50's!!

I am consistent when it comes to working out. I enjoy it for the mental uplift and the physical benefits that come from it are just an added bonus. I tried this workout the other day and my heart wasn’t in it. I tried again today and pushed myself to the max and crushed it. Thank you as always Sydney!

So I started yesterday I did another 30 min cardio .then I jumped back at #1 I’ll be ready for the march one . My goal is to show up every day for myself !!! day 1 today of my goal to return to fitness with Syd and just move again after being off for over a year because of multiple surgeries. I'm amazed at how naturally my mind and body zoned in on the movements. dusting off the rest of my dumbbells so that they are ready for my come back!!!
This month is the ability to do a hamstring pull with the sliders , so the quad zone , which also supports my roller skating goal which requires a lot of quad and inner thigh strength. 👑💪❤️🔥

I’m on day 32/Hard 75 and my goal this month is to keep going! I’m working on reducing my 5k time so that I can jog the entire time for the Disneyland one in September. All the strength from these workout are supporting me!

Love a hard 30 min workout. Modified the last exercise to straight pushups, but got in 26 of them in that minute on my toes !!

My new goal is to keep this best version of myself and build on it! This sounds easy but I only just realized it a few days ago that actually I am already that version I was working towards months ago, now it time to acknowlege that and keep on building on her!
