30 Minute Arms & Shoulders BOOTCAMP Workout | Breakthrough - Day 9

- Welcome to your upper body strength workout! Get ready for the pump and grab the weights that challenge you and think about all the lean muscle you are bringing to life! If you want fit, toned arms, this is the workout for you!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in a superset of 3 exercises. We will complete each circuit 3 times total before moving on. Each circuit will target your bicep, tricep, or shoulder muscles and this workout is purely a strength workout! The training variables we are aiming for this month are strength and improving your conditioning so make sure you’re grabbing weights in the 75%-85% of your max weights range. You’ll get the most out of the workout by pushing yourself to your highest intensity in our working periods and breathing in your rests to be able to execute the next set Grab your water and be ready to get your heart rate up as we tone up with this bodyweight cardio workout!

5. Tricep skull crushers 2 hands
6. Supinated curls
7. Lat Raises
8. Kickbacks
9. Curls
10. Front Raises

Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans as weights but could not make it past 14 minutes in the lesson as my arms completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully with dumbbells from 12 - 30 lbs! She has the tremendous thick swole biceps, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

This is one of my favorite arm workouts. I have done it a dozen times. It’s hard but I always forget how hard so I approach it without fear and just press play 😂

Feeling strong after that one today! Loved the shoulder circles at the end! Going down in weight to keep good form really helped me dial in that burn! Sydney is right….it’s not about the number on the dumbbell, it’s about the form and the mind/muscle connection! A good full effort rep with a lighter weight is better than you struggling to use heavier weights with bad form! Crushed it!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🥵🥵🥵
