I used soda cans as weights but could not make it past 14 minutes in the lesson as my arms completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully with dumbbells from 12 - 30 lbs! She has the tremendous thick swole biceps, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated
It never ceases to amaze me how I can feel like I've had a great and complete workout in just 30 minutes! Crushed it! Goal of walking later today and then I'm ready for the weekend!

Feeling strong after that one today! Loved the shoulder circles at the end! Going down in weight to keep good form really helped me dial in that burn! Sydney is right….it’s not about the number on the dumbbell, it’s about the form and the mind/muscle connection! A good full effort rep with a lighter weight is better than you struggling to use heavier weights with bad form! Crushed it!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🥵🥵🥵

Breakthrough day 9! This one was out of my lead right now! I am still nursing my shoulders, however, I followed the pattern and style and used different strength bands. I did not quit!!!
💪I went up on weights today and stuck to those weights. At one point , my arms were shaking but I did not drop the weights. Thanks Sydney for challenging us and trying to make the better self of ourselves each and every day. ❤
