    Crushed this challenging workout! What Sydney says about building strength outside of the workout is so true. I am working on being better about nutrition, sleep, and hydration so I can show up to maximize this time for myself! Had no idea how powerful her workouts and channel would be to my outlook on life when I started working out with her over 2 years ago!! Thank you for your daily wisdom and encouragement!     The cooldown is always my favorite part....not only because that means I made it to the end and crushed it, but because Sydney's words are so inspiring and motivating! It's like the icing on the cake! Sydney, you're amazing in every way!🥰❤🥰❤

    Dang, Sydney! I did this workout at 5am. It’s now noon and I had to come back to say I’m so sore, in the best way. I feel like I really pushed today and can feel my stronger coming in. I am definitely prioritizing my nutrition today as I’m feeling more hungry and focusing on replenishing my body. Thank you!

    Oh man! You know it was a good workout and you gave everything you had when you feel sick to your stomach! Unfortunately I’m behind in the workouts because I am taking care of my 82 year young mom who just had hand surgery. I was beating myself up about that, but I’m here today and I will continue to do what I can while still taking care of my mom ❤. Thanks Sydney and Dustin for working behind the scenes to provide this free platform. I appreciate it so much 🙏😅

    I crushed it!!!! That went by fast and it was a pleasant lower body workout. My legs and butt are shaking!!!!

    Love this workout!
    The glut bridge and pulse got me this time. 😣 but of course I pushed through!
    What is your go to breakfast after working out?
    I always workout in the mornings after dropping my kindergartener off at school.

    Wooow what a workout!! I used 2 x 17 kg dumbbells on my deadlifts and 30 kg on my regular glute bridges (lighter weight on the abduction) and felt strong! Tomorrow is gonna be painful 😄

    Holy moly!! The burn was real on this one. The squats at the end! 🥵 I'll be feeling this one for a few days. Did a stretch afterwards and felt amazing. Way to work squad!

    Good burn on this one! I really pushed up to my heavy weights today for the goblet squats and RDLs! FYI the description is inaccurate for the workout. It’s 3 rounds of 2 exercises (not the other way around).

    Discovered your channel shortly after Christmas, and you've changed my life already! Thank you so much for all that you do. I spent my high school years fighting disordered eating, viewing exercise as a punishment and/or using movement exclusively to make my body look a certain (often unrealistic) way. The constant encouragement and emphasis you place on nurturing EVERY part of yourself is incredibly healing. That mindset makes all the difference. Thank you, from one Sydney to another!

    if anyone is looking for a good greens powder - the absolute BEST is ghost greens guava berry! it gives me clean energy and has defined all of the muscles Sydney has helped me to build!! plus it tastes amazing - i look forward to my greens waking up now instead of needing coffee to get my day started. ❤👍🏻 Sydney squad is the best!

    Whew, those elevated squat pulses! I had to stop and breath more than I’d like to admit. On the flip side, I rocked those fire hydrants with a flute band plus 20 lb weights the last set! 💪🏼
