This series is super fun and modern, but it is also a blast from the past. I’m seeing colors and styles reminiscent of the mid 80’s aerobic classes (like today's “leotard & tights”) and even a peek back to the 70’s (the blue “Jack Lalane” jumpsuit from the other day). It makes me want to bust out my headband, slouchy socks, and high top Reeboks!
There was a time that I was bed ridden with an autoimmune disease, so just living in the moment when getting to do my daily workout is my biggest goal. Being able to use my body in this way could almost bring me to tears some days, as I never thought I’d be able to weight lift again in my twenties. Stay mindful because if you are physically able to do this workout alone(even with breaks and modifications), you are doing great.
Crushed it. I always start with my weaker leg so I get through it and have something easier to look forward to! Have a great day and those in the southeastern US, please stay safe. ❤
That's a good perspective switch up! I will try that out myself! I think as a high jumper I always switched to my left leg automatically for all drills, etc. that I never thought about getting the challenger out of the way first! I like it!

Eating within my calorie deficit and not having little bites of anything here and there. Big focus on protein intake. And enough sleep. Great job today!!!
Yes, I did it too! Even though my sleep was terrible last night, and I felt like skipping my workout this morning, I did it and I feel better! We all did a great job! 💪

But apparently they now seem to be one of the best part of my body, as well as the glutes and people have been saying this to me a lot this year. So, thank you Sid! ❤ Time to start appreciating my strong legs and glutes for real and I want to stop being so critical on myself 🎉
