I decided long ago to surround myself with positive people. It is one of the reasons my husband and I were struggling. Life is too short to be negative all of the time, and it's not healthy. Great work, everyone!! I'm proud of you all 🎉❤🎉❤
Sydney's energy in this workout is positively contagious. That gave me a much needed boost on a Monday morning!! Loved the return of deficit lunges and dumbbell swings. The hammer curl to calf raise move was so fun, too. I am in a bulking phase right now, so this is only my 2nd workout in this program, but it was awesome.
