We all held our breath at the last few seconds of Sydney being quiet.. will she say let's do just 1 round of burpees... but thankfully those words of "you've made it to your cooldown" was heard... haha... we laughed of how we (4 if us) did not move afraid of the burpees.. lol
You ask us, I crushed it I love working out with you. I like your variation of different things to work all parts of our bodies and you ask him which part was the hardest part. It was the sumo squat and having the weight on top of the bending it I was trying to go heavier I was like I stayed with the15 thank you for your thank you for your commitment

Three years ago I was one very lazy, never in the mood for a workout, healing from ed person. I never liked working out and mostly did it to punish myself for not eating well that day. Never looked for ways to make it enjoyable, I was just hard on myself in every possible way. But Sydney came along and as I started doing her workouts, I started to enjoy first; the workouts and second; life in general. I never knew I could be someone who doesn't have to have it all done perfect to call it a day, but I became someone like that. Sydney showed me I am better and stronger than I think and I am capable of so much more than I would think. Thank you Sydney for bringing out my best self!
