    Today's workout is a strength focused day! I used my 15-35 pound dumbbells. Grab your dumbbells, water, and a sweat towel and let's do this!

    "Your body goes where the mind flows"... that's coming with me off the mat as I get ready for a hard work week. It's joining "stop and breathe, don't stop and leave". I love these little mantras and say them to myself all day long :)

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (7:00): "A lot of times it's just having the confidence to even go for it that requires the most mental strength, or the most strength in general. Your body will follow what your mind tells it." We've all been there - deciding whether we want to move up in weight for the next round, deciding if we can try something that may be uncomfortable. Love this reminder that we can develop confidence to try new things, in fitness and in life.

    One of my favorite 30 minutes. I prefer at least 40, but this was great for a shorter one. I don't prefer the combo moves as much, so this was great!

    SO GREAT! I was literally laughing and grinning in the last high knees! I'm just getting back into this level of workout after a few years of doing much milder exercise. I felt my old super fit self coming back!!! Thank you thank you!!

    I totally felt everything in this workout. What a burn! Sydney is always right. I had to tell my mind I could do some of the movements my body didn't want to do, but I'm so glad I pushed myself. Every day is another step toward the me I want to be.

    Got this one in a week late because I didn't have my booty bands with me, and I didn't want to do half ass (pun intended) glute work...so I'll get today's workout in through the week. Loved this one....full body full out. Time went by quick and I felt really challenged in each circuit! 🙌🏼💯💪🏽🥵

    i noticed that my body is getting stronger. I finished 3 sets of mountain climbers w/o falling on my mat. I remember cursing so much a few weeks ago when doing mountain climbers haha!
    Thank you Sydney for the daily push! You make me stronger physically and mentally. Cant wait for tomorrow's killer workout!
