Today's workout consists of two exercises performed back to back in one minute work periods for a total of three rounds per exercise! We will have 15 seconds rest between each round so make sure you have what you need to stay crushing it with me! It's a strength focused day! I used my 15-35 pound dumbbells. Grab your dumbbells, water, and a sweat towel!

In this workout you are training with Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Stretching and Flexibility Coach. Yes ! Right before she got pregnant, she was looking super fit and I thought it wouldn't have been a big stretch for her to compete. And right now, I think the same thing. I feel like if she wanted to, she could be ready in months. I'm just saying that's how fit she looks

Strength comes from the struggle…..that really resonated with me. When things seem hard I tend to stay away from it, friendships, work, eating clean and workouts….struggling through something that is ultimately good for you will make us stronger. ❤❤
Oppostition, struggle, is the factors that help us grow and achieve our goals. I choose into the opposition that will let me become the person who achieves my goals

Wow! My legs were still a little sore from Wednesday, but I pushed myself through the leg work. Great job everyone! We’re doing it! The bicycle/plank circuit was my favorite because it really challenged me mentally and physically. Thanks Syd and Dustin!

I am having a pretty hard time right now honestly, because I am going through a breakup after almost 3 years and it was also my first relationship ever. The cooldown talk was so inspiring after feeling so down for the past 2 days, I will come back and listen to that more. Thank you for always reminding us Sydney how powerful we are!

Shockingly, lunges and curls was my jam this time around!
Loved the format of this workout. It made the legs go way smoother. And most of all the finisher with the abs was amazing. I did two legs for the whole minute. Thank you Sydney.

I'm new to the channel so I'm behind with these workouts and just finished this one today. Sydney's workouts make me realize I am stronger than I thought! I purchased 25 pound dumbbells and a 30 pound kettle bell thanks to Sydney. I remember seeing Sydney's workouts come across my timeline and from the previews I always thought... no way, way too hard. Now here I am lifting 30-50 pounds! Thanks Sydney!
Legs are my favorite. Those step ups had me dying though with those 3 rounds

"Make it the best plank of your life!" 🤣🤣 Great low impact, non-complicated workout that I will indeed be sharing with people starting on their fitness journey. Perfect gentle workout after being rammed into by "a runaway skiier" at full speed and having some ribs that need to heal. It took some of the frustration away at not being at my usual levels. Thank you.

I do not usually leave a comment but thank you Sydney for all you encouragement. I have a cold and I am not feeling 100%, and I really did not feel like working out today. But I heard your voice in my head telling me just give your best today. I did not push my heaviest and had to modify during the core portion. But I did not give up!
Love the variety of the sets and keeping the core together at the end…makes me really feel the burn! ❤
