Today's workout consists of two minute work periods for each exercise and we are working hard to keep our heart rates up! I used my 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells. Grab your dumbbells, water, and a sweat towel!
The exercises:
1. Jump rope
2. Lateral Slides
3. Woodchopper
4. Suit cases
5. Canoe flutter
6. 90 degree heel tap
7. Knee driver left, right, heel tap squat
8. Disco tap downs
9. Toe Touches
10. V-sit finger taps in alternating legs
11. Knee to Elbow Burpees

I actually loved the absence of music in this one! So many RUclips Trainers use the exact same royalty-free music and it gets really grinding after a while, but I like to have the sound on so I can hear the instructions. And I can always turn on my music of preference. Thanks for this one Sydney! I really enjoyed it!

I couldn’t figure out what was different today until I heard Ari’s sweet talking! I actually liked the no music; I’d like to have the option to listen to my own sometimes.
my goal is to stay consistent in the work and get back to where i was nutrition wise!
Goal for the weekend is to be in the moment, not to worry about what is going on next. Goal for next week is to stay consistent with the habits I am building
My goals for the next coming weeks and moving forward is to be more intentional with eating well and consistently working out. I want to get to the point where I still keep my momentum even when my workout environment shifts i.e. vacation, travel, etc.

It took me half the workout to get warm as it’s currently -10 where I live 😂 also loved hearing little Ari in the background! Everyone stay warm who is being affected by this cold!!

Great workout!! I really enjoyed not having the music (other than your sweet Ari) in the background. I felt more focused and could listen to you better. My quads are crying but I'm feeling stronger everyday!!

I kept hearing a baby and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I was in my zone and didn't even realize there was no music and it was Ari I was hearing. Made me smile 😊

The core in this was unreal!! Wow. Used my own music but there’s just something about the Sydney music that pushes me more.

Glad to know I'm not the only one that thought that workout was really hard! I had no motivation at the end with the burpees to go any harder. I really need to work on my core it is so weak. I heard if your back hurts with ab workouts its because your core is weak. I really need to work on that!
