- Everybody is an athlete, let's move our bodies together! This cardio workout is going to leave you sweaty without a single burpee and we will have some fun along the way with a sports focus! Warm up and cool down included so grab your water, your dumbbells and let's get started!

Today's workout has 30 second work periods and 15 seconds rests and you will crush 3 rounds of every exercise. Grab your water and sweat towel and rock through sports centered cardio moves. We will hit basketball, baseball, volleyball, track & field, and skiing!
The Exercises:
1. Lateral slide and shoot
2. Rebound and pivot
3. Step knee drive lay ups
4. Towel toe taps
5. Lateral cone agility with heel tap
6. Alternating front kicks
7. Volleyball side step and dig
8. Side to side net blocks
9. Standing swings 3 and switch
10. Track start tap down and sprint
11. Cross country ski pulls

As a kid, I tried just about every sport...and eventually I succumbed to my belief that I simply wasn't an athlete. It wasn't until I was 32 and started working out with Sydney that I truly felt like one, I just hadn't discovered my sport yet. Yeah Team Sydney!!

Since doing this sport workouts with you my jumping has certainly improved. Bring on the jumping! I also started shooting hoops in my hood. You're awesome woman! Let's crush it.

I'm old as the hills and I LOVED this work out. It took me back to my youth and being involved in some sport every day. The only thing we didn't do was grapevines . Great work out today Sydney. LOVED it.

Crushed it ❤ sports theme is my absolute favorite. When I started working out with Sydney, I had no equipments at home yet so I’d choose body weight workouts. I loved these so much because it helped me build up my endurance and made me feel like an athlete even though I never played sports when I was younger. Loved loved! More of these please ❤

Doing this a bit out of order. Had a deep tissue massage today and left a little bruised up. Couldn't get on board a steady strength workout, then I remembered I had set this one aside. BEAUTIFUL way to move my body and get the blood pumping after some intense body work this morning. Thanks Sydney!
I played softball in middle school and really enjoyed it, but I ultimately ended up quitting because my parents never cam to my games and my mom told me one day that I wasn't that great and laughed at me. Lol. I was not coordinated when I was young, but I definitely am so much more coordinated now and I whole heartedly contribute that to the love I've found of working out as I got older. I've worked out consistently since I was 21 and haven't stopped since (I'm 27 now). I found Sydney 2 years ago and am so so grateful that I did! ❤❤❤
