Happy Canada day to all my fellow canadians! So excited to start tier 3 next week. We are so close to finishing this program! Lets crush this! It's the first program where I actually stayed consistent and finished all the videos so far. I'm finally comfortable working out 5-6 days a week now!🔥 🙌

@@ariesphenix1 I also have sometimes pain on my knees when I do lunges. I try to focus on my form and that helps me. So that my knee is in same line as my ankle and not bending in or out. 😊 I feel like I have less pain now tho, because I have more muscle and strenght on my legs.
I also deal with knee pain and I find form helps, walking a lot helps incredibly to realign when I get out of whack. And, Hoka shoes. They have changed everything for me with ability to consistently workout without injury

I love pushing the heavy weights but also love these bodyweight workouts. I really get to see how strong my body is and connect with my muscles in the move. Got a little sweat on, loved it!
Traveling and it’s been tough to stay with the program but todays workout was perfect. I NEEDED that reminder about how food and working out and feeling good is not a punishment! It’s okay, we’ll just stay moving and get back with the program when we’re back home!

I have such a hard time with them sometimes I have pain in my knees or hips. Do you have any pointers?
