I think one huge shift in mindset from my pre-Sydney days was going from feeling like I checked off a box for the day after a workout to feeling strong, proud, and grateful to be doing something for myself. Thank you for that Sydney, it truly makes working out something I look forward to.

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:55): "Don't wait for the company of people to understand you. It's your dream, and it's in your heart and it's in your mind because it's meant for you. And you're the only one who can bring it to life in the way that you are meant to. So don't wait for the understanding, don't wait for people to say, 'Good idea! I'll do it with you! I'll support you!' It's very likely going to be a lot less than you think." So often we look for approval and support to move forward on our dreams and goals. And sometimes we can find it, but when we can't, it doesn't mean that we're not supposed to move forward. Great reminder as always from our fearless trainer!

Between yesterday's leg workout and today's cardio. I was DYING! Watching Sydney go all out being pregnant was my motivation to not give up. Im not pregnant and I had to dial it back at times. Shes a rockstar!

Great workout. I am making my dreams come true by bringing low cost quality fitness programs to my rural community. My intention is to do this by teaching a variety of fitness classes, holding community wellness family events, and sharing pertinent wellness info on my blog. Much like you, Sydney. my goal has always been quality fitness programming for all. I want to be my community's Sydney.
Not going to lie today was hard! Been having really bad knee aches and pains, wore a brace today for this workout. Started it and beat myself up because I couldnr do the moves like normal. But then your phrase “it’s all about the effort you put in..and you are strong” came to my mind. I realized that by modifying the moves and putting my best effort forward that I was not a failure and was in fact strong. Your words of wisdom stick in my mind and everyday helps me became a better version of myself! Thanks Sydney!
I continue everyday to make my dream come to life. I have spent the last year and a half doing Sydney’s workouts and have lost 65 pounds. I will continue everyday to make myself happy, healthy, and strong!!!
22 weeks pregnant and haven’t worked out since January due to nausea and fatigue. When I hit my second trimester I felt better but had last my motivation. Trying to get back into it now!!
