So I'm doing the Strong program this month but I couldn't resist adding this on to the 40 minute upper body workout I had.....would love more 15-20 minute ones like this to use as add ons!!!

I get excited when you take a break from that schedule and refresh your mind and body. Downtime is needed in order for us all to be our best. Thank you so much for saying this! I really realized how much I needed it when I got married and had my son. It's amazing to give give give but I also know in order for my mental health to stay strong and not get to the point where I'm pouring from an empty cup, I have to practice what I preach! It's something I am and will continue to work on as we work to expand our family and as we do things that are realistic and consistent for our community that can not only help people feel like they can keep up but allow more people to find out workouts so we can help more people! I'm not going anywhere!! I look forward to training with the community here in all phases of my life and I'm excited to always know the community trusts that I am trying to do what I believe will help the most people stay consistent, uplifted, and encouraged while doing the same thing for my family and myself!

Sydney. This is the ultimate. I have done this workout in the following ways: 1) on its own (no excuses when I'm tired... EVERYONE can find 20 minutes) 2) with bands and 1lb wrist and ankle weights and I got my sweat on. 3) a pre-workout to one of your 30 minute strength training workouts 4) and I haven't used it as a "away from home travel workout" but I definitely will! PLEASE more workouts like this! So versatile and empowering :) Thank you!

My 2yo isn't feeling himself today so i wanted to get a quick workout in before he woke up and was pleasantly surprised to find this new upload. Also just when I got in to the squat circuit, he woke up and wanted to be held so I carried him and he fell back asleep in my arms while I completed that circuit. Bonus resistance for me and I managed to get in some movement. Yay! 😅✌️✨️ thank you Sydney ❤🎉

Twenty minutes, body weight only, and my glutes are feeling it! I will say this, during this break I’ve been exploring other workout styles on RUclips and I will note these two things: 1. Thank you for talking us through movements and explaining the correct way, the variations, and how to breath through it. Of course, thank you for the pep talks as well! 2. Please don’t add the percentage complete bar, keep the timer. When looking over thinking I’m close to the end and I see 80% complete, I feel discouraged and best down. 🤣

This workout was just what I needed today. My 2yo son is currently in the hospital after liver transplant surgery. My husband and I have been alternating shifts, and today was my turn to come home. I know I needed to move and do something but didn’t feel like pulling out all my weights. This was perfect and helped me feel accomplished and strong. Thank you ❤
I've been on vacation since August 7th and this was my first intentional workout outside of hiking and outdoor activities and oh my God such a reminder of why this practice is so vital to daily life regardless of what we're doing! I I felt silly for bringing my workout gear 100+# but now I don't, even if only for these 20 minutes 🎉
I've had a nasty cold for the past 6 days and had not worked out in 5 days... This was a great workout to get back into it. Nose is running but feeling good! Thanks Sydney!
