Thank you … my daughter keeps telling me I don’t eat enough…I am starting to eat more protein and vegetables. I am not skinny but fit… u hit it with your talk today. If you don’t eat enough of the right foods your body will hold onto fat and makes it harder to gain muscle, lose weight or just not hurt. I love your workouts… I am a physical therapist and personal trainer and learn a lot from you!❤

Days are starting to get shorter in the Eastern US and I just wasn’t feeling it today, but I knew Sydney would have a 30 minute workout I can count on. Thank you thank you I made it through and that finisher was the kick on the butt I needed today 😊

I felt like my entire weekend is a flop. It is, actually. I felt like what is a 30 minute work out going to change during this out of control schedule-weekend. Will I even gain anything, literally, gains? I'm so grateful for your 30 minute workouts Sydney! Tysm. I feel a lot less anxiety just taking those 30 minutes amongst the chaos to give myself some care.

This week was a stressful and mentally rough week for me, but these workouts made my week. This superset week was the challenge I needed to set away from my stressors for a bit. I can NOT wait to crush the final week of this program. I have been following you since November 2019. This is my first time following along and working out through a program with you. I usually would do two full body workout from your page a week or an upper, lower, and full body per week.
