This cardio queen HAAAAAATES strength...Especially weight training, but this workout is the perfect compromise. Its 20 Minutes, Intense and burns the whole body! 10/10

@@vilet5257 Well I wouldn't say tons but a decent amount. I've been working out consistently for the last year and have lost about 13 pounds so far. Cardio is great for fat burning but it only works when you're doing it. Whereas with strength, you burn calories even when you're at rest. So, it was important for me to incorporate some kind of strength into my routine. I like bodyweight workouts + Pilates because it's strength without the weights. I can't stand lifting weights lol I would probably see more progress quicker if I did lift weights but it's just not something I enjoy doing. Hopefully that info helps =]
I've been following this video for a month and my body is starting to show changes, especially in the cheeks, thighs and arms, becoming thinner. But it does take a lot of effort to get rid of a bloated stomach. My weight hasn't dropped much, only 5 kg from 55 - 50 kg. But my muscle mass increased. I also consume a lot of protein. Thank you very much. now exercise is a part of my life😂

Good luck with your medical issues ❤ Since viv has not seen this I would like to add brisk walks are fantastic for getting back on track, and you can always modify your exercises so that you are doing the same but perhaps less of them :)

That’s ok, 9 minutes is 9 minutes more than nothing. The fact that it was challenging strongly indicates improvement can occur. 9 minutes of effective movement is still beneficial and is also a successful action taken. Keep at it and you will see that 9 minutes increase. You’ve got this ❤️

I'm the opposite, I train weights often but cardio and calisthenics destroy me 😂 this was a good balance
