Going to start this and share my progress. Completing 120 days of this workout with rest on Saturdays and Sundays. Day 1 (complete) * I struggled a bit with wall sit because ma leeegs. * I struggled alot with chest press because the dumbell i have is risky with my weak arms in that position, but i pushed through. * Definitely couldnt do the rear delt fly, had to pull my arms a short way with the dumbells i have. Hope my arms get stronger im the future. * Hollow hold was a challenge as well, but pulled through * The heel taps were fun lol Day 2 (complete) * Still couldn't be successful with the rear delt fly * chest press with the dumbells i have is still risky but better than yesterday. Day 3 (complete) * still not successful with the rear delt fly * manageable with chest press but still risky. * cant complete the wall sit. Always tap out when it reaches or almost reaches the final seconds. Day 4 (break - happy sabbath!) Day 5 (break) Day 6 (pending)
I was totally not coordinated with this workout. I will be doing this one again. My arms definitely got it in. As always, thank you for these wonderful workouts! ❤
