      Definitely crushed it! Loved the chance to choose our own moves for the last circuit! Chose to do some basketball jump shots and jabs! REALLY PUSHED ME!

    I am humbly begging for more 20 minute full body dumbbell work outs! My husband and I have repeated this one countless times now… 20 minutes is about all we can handle after we have put our 4 kids to bed. No one else matches you! 👏🏼

    Not gonna lie, wasn't sure what the 20 minute workout would be like - would it be long enough?? Once again, Sydney brings it, never underestimate ANY workout from Sydney no matter how short or how long! This was an awesome, fast-moving burner, so so good!

    I love love the shorter workouts! With you I always get a good sweat, heart rate up and a good burn! Even with these short ones! They come in very handy when short on time! I loved the glute burn with this one! Holy cow!!!!! Love always!

    The pace of this workout made me feel like I was doing cardio. That was crazy! Crazy good. I feel pumped to get on with the rest of my evening.

      I'm back to do this one. I was all ready to skip working out today, but I told myself no. I looked up a 20 minute workout and decided it was better to do something than to do nothing. I'm tired but I'm glad I did it.

    Sydney! This workout is amazing! I’ve never done anything like it.
    Can you please bring out more 20-30 minute full body, non-stop workouts/burnouts please.

    My first time doing a 20-minute workout. I usually go for longer workouts because I don't want to "take it easy." I should have known! I worked every bit as hard and Sydney made sure all the muscle groups were worked. These programs always exceed my expectations.

    Wow! Thank you Sydney! I broke a sweat and loved it!💪😅 Every move was my favorite and best part is 20 minutes. It's the perfect way to start the morning. I plan on doubling up today and do another workout this afternoon before getting a golf ball sized lump removed from my shoulder tomorrow. Have to remain active no matter what! You look great! Have an amazing day!✌💖🙏

    How about 90secs sets!!!
    It was challenging to go 90secs at first but I focused in on each rep and just did it.
    This has got to be one of the toughest yet by Coach Sydney 🎉

    I too love no repeats!! 90 seconds and no breaks pulled out a good sweat :) Some days 20 min is all we have so please keep those coming!!

    Sydney so surprised to see todays workout was 20 minutes after a hectic morning getting the dog out, getting the car over for inspection appointment and quick run for groceries! An again, you brought it and made me sweat in 20 miutes! Love you!

    I was way unstable in that tricep/glute kickback this time around. But I pushed much heavier on the shoulder presses and sumo squats. Great quick sweat and burn. Thanks Syd!

    Would really love a 20 minute cardio and abs combo video to be able to add on to other workouts. This is good to have too but a cardio and abs combo would be perfect, other channels have some but id rather stay on this channel

    I DID love this workout. Honestly, when I started my day, I just could NOT face a 40-minute workout on Monday morning of this week (9 May), but I wanted to show up to work-out on Monday. Since I could not do the 20-minute full body on Saturday, I did it on Monday, instead. I was so inspired by your energy, enthusiasm, and "never quit" encouragement, that I added an additional 20 minute workout from.your awesome selection to this one. Thanks for always encouraging us to "show up." When I do, amazing things happen. ❤️

    Loved this one. You know it’s a good workout when the planks are the easiest exercise even with shaking burned out arms 😎
