I am humbly begging for more 20 minute full body dumbbell work outs! My husband and I have repeated this one countless times now… 20 minutes is about all we can handle after we have put our 4 kids to bed. No one else matches you! 👏🏼
Not gonna lie, wasn't sure what the 20 minute workout would be like - would it be long enough?? Once again, Sydney brings it, never underestimate ANY workout from Sydney no matter how short or how long! This was an awesome, fast-moving burner, so so good!

How about 90secs sets!!! It was challenging to go 90secs at first but I focused in on each rep and just did it. This has got to be one of the toughest yet by Coach Sydney 🎉

I was way unstable in that tricep/glute kickback this time around. But I pushed much heavier on the shoulder presses and sumo squats. Great quick sweat and burn. Thanks Syd!
Would really love a 20 minute cardio and abs combo video to be able to add on to other workouts. This is good to have too but a cardio and abs combo would be perfect, other channels have some but id rather stay on this channel
LOVE a good 20 min workout! I'm a busy homeschool mom with my littles and a dog and chickens and rabbits to take care of and to be able to do this workout and get the animals all settled before my kids come down for the day is a gift!

Since I could not do the 20-minute full body on Saturday, I did it on Monday, instead. I was so inspired by your energy, enthusiasm, and "never quit" encouragement, that I added an additional 20 minute workout from.your awesome selection to this one. Thanks for always encouraging us to "show up." When I do, amazing things happen. ❤️
