    Potentially my last workout before baby comes and just so thankful for Sydney and these workouts to get me through pregnancy.

      I agree with you, sometimes I ask myself, who on Earth is the pregnant woman here? 🥺 Of course, I'm not understimating myself, but I'm definitely amazed with her strength. She's such an inspiration!!

    May little Ari Drew be a beautiful reflection of the love of our Creator. The Lord is so good! Oh, what a blessing! Congratulations!!
    And you, Sydney and Dustin, are a blessing to all of us. Absolutely love your workouts, that you share them freely, and that you persevere.
    As I finished this one I was thinking....wow.... Sydney not only pushed herself thru this one, but she had already pushed herself thru a previous one!! Two a days, 39 weeks pregnant at the time of filming. Incredible!

    Sidney I am so happy to read that you already gave birth to your bundle of joy.     Well. Being 40 weeks and 3 days pregnant, I wonder if I'm gonna make it through this entire pregnancy playlist. I guess we will see what the week brings. Thank you for providing this resource. Staying strong during pregnancy has really empowered me. ❤

    I love this workout amazing job. You r so right as long as you believe in your self you can do anything in life. I crushed this workout. I am a very strong person because of my husband that was kill by a drunken driver. My husband would always say never stop believing in you self. This is how you win in life.

    I was tired coming into the workout because I didn’t sleep well last night. I feel stronger after the workout and I did the workout with a resistance band since I’m non-weight bearing on my right foot. I’m going to do today’s stretch as part of my recovery and take a nap so I can enjoy tomorrow’s rest day. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you for our next workout.

    The body weight circuit was the hardest for me. So happy my arms were not the only ones shaking. In and out, 20 minutes and arms are pumped

    Body weight circuits are always my toughest! I feel great though, am starting to bump up my weights during most exercises. It is such a great feeling knowing my hard work is paying off and getting to those heavier dumbbells is such an accomplishment for me!! Thank you for helping me believe I can!

    That was amazing! New favorite upper body workout! I was able to do shoulder presses with 25s for both full rounds! I've never been able to do that before! I used to STRUGGLE to press 15s. Thank you for this new strength Sydeny, I would've never pushed myself to this point if it wasnt for you! 🥺🥰 Enjoy that new precious baby boy! 💙💙💙

      Wow Carmen! Such amazing arm strength! I am a man, I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that these lessons will help me build a very thick strong arms and great confidence! I did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I could use only 1 lb dumbbells throughout. I did shoulder press with the 1 lbs and my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom did the shoulders with 25s.

    You go Sydney! I feel when I was at 39 weeks I just wanted to lay around and watch people workout. 🙃 12 hour shifts were getting hard. 😂
    I’d love to see a new stretch day! You use to post one weekly and I did those religiously every day they came out. The other 6 days I’d do all your older stretches and just rotate. Found some favorites like the foam roller ones! ❤️
    You make sure you take some time off and enjoy life with not much of a fixed daily schedule.

    I crushed it!!!! The hardest circuit for me was the bodyweight group. That was tough. I love these quick 20-minutes that keep me moving, and sweating. Arms are shaking!!!

    Failure means you're getting stronger.... great workout. Last set of exercises were the toughest for me. Shoulder presses are always tough as well. First time - using 20 lbs and lifting both arms at the same time - met failure and moved to 15 for the 2nd round. I am strong and getting stronger!
