Let's really CRUSH this full body workout together! Today for your workout you will be working for 40 seconds straight and you will be completing 15 exercises within this whole workout. Thanks for posting a shorter workout! I used to take 45-60 min classes at the gym, but life has changed so shorter workouts are what I need! I also think it is helpful for those just getting into fitness to start out with shorter workouts because the longer ones can be too intimidating.

Wow! I used this 15 minutes to wake me up this morning as I wasn't feeling all that great. But I set my mind to not cave into negativity and killed your workout. OMG, this made me sweat and I feel so much better. It's as if I flushed out the toxins. I truly believe that exercise, music and comedy are the best medicines in life as well as a healthy diet. Thank you Sydney for all your hard work and motivation. You have honestly gotten me through some real rough patches. I may workout alone in my apartment but I'm super grateful for your fun, challenging and motivational posts. The music in the background plus your awesome energy really makes a positive difference. I love this workout for when I'm in the "some is better than none mentality" which I have been this week. I can get in and get it done before my kids are up without having to get up super early. It gets my blood pumping and heart rate up and is a great start to the day :)
I love these shorter 15-minute workouts! I completed this one on Sunday, 10-22-2023.
Ugh...whole house is sick, so I missed the past two days of workouts, so I'm easing into things with some of the shorter workouts. I'm so grateful for these to patch together what I think my tired (lacking sleep) body can handle. So glad I did this one today!

Great workout to get back into my routine again after being out of the country for the past 5 weeks while being a carer for a loved one. what weight dumbbells do you use?
I’m post menopausal. My nutritionist suggested increasing weight training to daily to slow bone loss. These 15 minute workouts are perfect for this!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Today was my first time doing the bonus workout right after the main workout. I had time, so why not? LOL I was going to save this one for my post-run strength tomorrow, but I'm glad I did it today.

2 years later and I'm back but this is my whole workout. I am working on being consistent and not skipping when work gets hectic and overwhelming. So here I am for 15 minutes. It's better than nothing which is what I've been doing for far too long.

I introduced my best friend to your workouts because she had no room to workout in her house. We always got excited to workout with you! @@barbaracooney4053 Yes her earlier videos are a little easier. She always gives a alternative to make it easier. Unfortunately you’d have to watch some of her videos to know if you could do it. I also have to do my own thing with some of her moves. Go back to her 2 years ago videos.
