My doctor said I am 6 weeks ahead of recovery from my Achilles surgery back in April. Movement, and your encouragement, your coaching were one of the reasons I’m doing so well! I added extra weight on the second round! Thank you so much for taking me in your healthy journey!!
I loved this program. I'm sad it's the last circuit for it, but excited to see what comes next. My reason for showing is up is consistency and overall health/wellness. Moving my body daily does wonders for my mental health and it's important for me to stay strong and mobile during my pregnancy journey

I know I'm a day late, Saturdays are my hardcore walking days! I have one sore knee, so I did standing instead of kneeling on some exercises. Definitely felt the core in this workout. I live with a chronic illness that has put me on disability. I'm here for me overall health: weight management, muscle development and maintenance, balance and mental health. Sydney's prompts at the end of class help reinforce my positive sense of self. Thanks to everyone in this Sydney World!🙏

I really loved the Upbeat program! Some days I felt the workout was easy but then I was sore the next day. I think the types of movements and flow that Sydney had us do this month helped activate the muscles differntly than traditional strength exercises. I also really liked the variety this month. Thanks Sydney for mixing it up a lot and adding a lot of movement styles like pilates, yoga, etc. I'm excited to see what's coming up next!
Thank you for this program. Loved the cardio and strength. During your cool down talk, I realized that sometimes when setting goals to lose weight, get stronger, etc. we don't necessarily realize that once we reach some of the goals, we will have the confidence to do more things. If I hadn't improved my physical health, there is no way I would have played in my son's parent vs players soccer game. And I may have sucked at soccer, bit I got out there and was able to run back and forth without dying. Thank you for always pouring into these workouts for us.
Upbeat complete! At the beginning of may I could barely hold myself up in a bearcrawl. today I completed to 45 second rounds of kick-thrus. these last few Saturdays have shown me how much stronger my body is. I'm far from the end goal but these wins feel so good! Congrats everyone!
