Did not realize until this workout how much my cardio endurance had gone down as we focused on strength in tiers 1 and 2. Excited to build that up again in Tier 3!!
It seems like I may be the only one haha but I actually find the timer to be super distracting - my mind is constantly anticipating it. I loved it earlier on in STF when Sydney was trying to count down less often so that we could focus on the sets, wondering what happened to that :(
I have followed a lot of people on RUclips and you are by far on the top of my list. I love your workouts. Its a perfect mix. Thank you for all that you do.

I like the count down clock! But I have say I’ve always been impressed with how great Sydney counts us down throughout the work. I’m amazed how she does it! Loved this workout and I even followed it up with a 20 minute stretch!!!
I am really enjoying the challenge of the summer time fine program. I love the strength/cardio combo of this workout and especially that the cool down was included in the 30 min time frame
