I’ve been training with Sydney for a year and a half. My motivation is to keep that good feeling that comes from feeling strong. I am 67 years old and really treasure feeling strong.
What pushed me was my Squad friends, they pushed me and made me want to go hard. And that's the way I impressed myself. Join the Sydney Squad where you will be supported in all ways. Great workout again!
I have been on this journey for 6 years. I lost a decent amount of weight in the beginning, but I hit a plateau. I started to work out with Sydney 3 years ago, I started to see some muscle definition, but I still wanted better results. I cried to my husband today because as I was getting dressed for my workout, I felt more pride in my body than I have in a long time. I am forever grateful for this program, Sydney and Dustin. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
58 year old man here. loving these workouts!!! was 220# and terribly out of shape 8 years ago. Down to 160# and feel great. These workouts are just amazing!
My motivation today was to try and do 7 burpees in a 30 seconds...I got to 5!! I am not a fan of burpees and try to avoid them..Sydney asked so nicely that I had to try:) Happy Monday all!
I saw your comment before I did this workout and it motivated me to go for 7 burpees at the end. I usually avoid them too!! Today I smashed it! Thank you!
My motivation is God and family. I appreciate you for pushing me every morning. Summer time fun will be the first one to complete. In the winter. Lol. God bless
I am 51yrs old post menopausal and I am not giving into the mentality that I cannot do the workouts, I can do them and I am gaining my strength back. Loving every minute!! 👏💪🤸♂
Couldn’t believe how fast that went! So good! My motivation is always to help strengthen my body and especially my bones. This is so important at almost 65 and even though I have to modify some things, I still feel so great and so proud! Thanks Sydney and thanks to the whole community! You are all awesome!
What am I fighting for? I am fighting back at what menopause took from me in 2022. Years of hard works and dedication completely destroyed by menopause. Gained 20lbs and I completely lost my motivation. Finally in the spring I saw my Dr. And she confirmed what I had suspected. Now on medication and for several months I have been all out dedicated to working out again. I am almost finished with Summertime Fine (had a couple vacations that got me behind). I am down 5 lbs and trying to adjust bad eating habits. Thanks Sydney for all you do! You have been my girl since quarantine and I am forever grateful for the work you and Dustin do!
Praise the Lord. I pushed myself to do the more advanced modification in several areas and was able to do it despite me not initially believing i could. What pushed me....I can do all things through jesus christ. That's the only way i personally can do anything and stay accountable to it.
What kept me motivated? Seeing and experiencing the growth of my physical and emotional strength from having YOU, Sydney as my trainer daily for 3 years. After my back injury in 2018, I never thought I would walk without a cane much less pick up a dumbbell again. QUITTING is not an option when I work out with you. You push me to push myself....So YES, I did the burpees at the end and so proud that I did! Thank you for being my daily inspiration and motivation. I take you everywhere LOL. Can't wait to see you in Charlotte (all the way from California) 💖💖💖
Great workout! At 28 weeks pregnant, my motivation is to form a strong body that will get me through the rest of this pregnancy journey and will allow me to be a strong mama to this baby boy growing inside of me.
The one constant thing that keeps me going is my health. I work in the health care industry and I see what happens when you don't take care of your body. Also, today o celebrate the first I did all three rounds of burpees without stopping and I crushed it feeling awesome! Thank you Sydney I am 45 years old and I feel like I'm in my twenties again because of the workouts you do. Thank you, thank you!!🎉
Today, my motivation was my daughters. They are in the room with me during every workout, and I want to be an example to them. I used to be so self-conscious of my athletic/muscled body. But I get more and more satisfaction every day knowing that I look healthy and STRONG. And I want my girls to feel that looking strong and more muscular are great things!
My motivation is two fold: in the immediate, daily grind - I feel better when I push and don’t make lame excuses to be less than I was created to be. Long term: just on my mom’s side of the family there is history of diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gastric bypass, AFIB, sleep apnea, knee and hip replacement, stroke. Most due to morbid obesity. I see my mom and grandparents struggling now and I know the hard work I put into my physical and mental health is going to free me from a lot of those struggles in a few decades.
Once again….. yeah, once again, you know when and how to push me. Sweating bucket right now. My motivation is the taste I get when I see my reflection in the mirror - I won’t be letting myself down and won’t be have the extra weight gain I had in the past. I’m all in to live longer and healthier. Thanks Sydney for all your inspiration. Xxx
Wow day 56! Crush it all! 💪 I normally would avoid burpees, but today my motivation was my littles watching me and cheering me on and reminding me that I CAN DO THIS! Love being in the best shape of my life to date and can't wait to get stronger! ❤️🎉
LOVED this workout! Thank you Sydney! For me, it’s the consistency that keeps me going… if nothing else is consistent in my life I know that God is, and my workouts are ❤
My motivation today is knowing that giving up is much easier than continuing. No matter how fatigued I am,only I can feel/experience what it means to complete and see my goals 100% through let alone exercises that once were challenging are becoming more effective in muscle mind connection. ( seeing results)" can't wait to open the letter to myself to see how far I've come" 🥰 have an amazing day everyone.🏋♀️🤸♀️💪🏽
My motivation today is knowing that I’m getting stronger with each passing day that I make my health and well being my top priority. Mentally and physically I’m becoming the best version of myself…not only for me but for everyone in my life. Thank you Sydney for helping me to achieve this!❤
Preach Sydney! I 100 percent agree with you. We have to celebrate ourselves and what our body can do. I tried a Barre class yesterday and I killed it. Honestly the workout was easy and I’m not sore at all. That’s because I train with Sydney. I’ve realized my stress, lack of sleep and drinking too much wine are hindering my ability to stay fit. I’m working on all three!! Thank you Sydney for keeping us in tip top shape!! ❤❤❤
Crushed it! Just knowing how far I have come. Being consistent. Putting in the work 100% of whatever I had to give that day. Seeing how body is changing, which is getting closer to my physical goals. But my mindset is tge biggest change. No matter the struggle or negativity that is going on. I still show up and do this for me.
My motivation right now is that I want to stop feeling miserable. I want to fit in my clothes, not go buy the next size up. I want to be strong again. I will get there. I look forward to your motivational talks at the end of each workout. They totally pump me up to make good choices the rest of the day and to show up tomorrow. Thank you!!!
My motivation today is the results in my mid section. By being consistent with putting me first and not sacrificing my workouts, Im finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.!!
My motivation is to keep me where I am, knowing that I went from a size 14/16 2 yrs ago to a 00 xxs… my whole new wardrobe, the way I feel, an example to my daughters, helps me deal with my anxiety , menopause and heart issues….I’m strong💪🏻 and proud…thank you Sydney!
My motivation today was the fact that I've been consistent for the last two weeks. Normally I stop working out when school starts because there's just so much to do and then I never get back on track. I promised myself that this year would be different. When it got tough in the workout, I thought about the example I want to be for my students and the work I've put into myself this year and I did it for me.
My Maine Coon Cat and Babe Asher my Great Dane give me the strength to workout everyday. Because they always show me unconditionally love! I crushed this workout. Amazing job
I'm a 56 year old man, travel a lot for work, used to be fit (swimmer) and drive myself on with the knowledge that I'm not getting younger and I need to do everything I can (in my circumstances) to keep moving and stay reasonably strong
My motivation today was that my kids were watching me for the last superset and I wanted to show them that we can do hard things especially when we don't want to. Thanks Sydney, as always it was amazing and I am so sweaty!!!
I liked this one! My “why” has so many layers. I am teaching my kids healthy habits! I am beating the mental game and following through with a goal! I feel crazy strong and fit! What keeps me coming back? Girl, I look BOMB 🔥 💣
My motivation is to lose all the belly fat and tone up what I let years of bad habits (eating and drinking) do to my body. Tomorrow is my 45 birthday and the peri menopause weight gain is no joke! Just can’t bounce back like I was once able to. Thank you Sydney for the daily motivation! First time I’ve ever been so consistent.
I did all the burpees! I even threw one in after the timer. Yay me!! I know y'all got it, too! You are strong. You are capable. You are amazing!! Go rock the day. Thanks, Sydney!!
Crushed it at 66 years old...which means almost anyone can give their best! No modifications were used until the burpees where I took liberty and did star jumps. I feel great! Thanks so much. Blessings.
🥵🥵🥵.. #SUPERSET !!!.. What got me going in the last 30 secs was when you said "you've worked too hard to get here" that was it for me.. Instead of doing 7 burpees, I did 8 🤢.. And I am proud, grateful to my body for allowing me to do that!! Like Sydney said last week, #THINKPOWERFUL .. Thank you so much Sydney and this community.. I am forever indebted.. 😘
These Monday full body S&C have been game changing workouts to set up the week ahead, pushing everything out of me. I keep surprising myself with what I can do. I push myself to be the best me I can be to be the best mom to my son. 💙
Today, my motivation is working through a torn tendon injury and modifying but still showing up to do everything this one tendon can’t do. Thanks everybody.
My goal today was too eat what my body needs. Sydney your plans have helped me keep my eating disorder at bay, i now feel i can eat what my body needs without punishing myself. I have done 3 years of your workouts now and they have got me to feeling the best i ever have and eating as a healthy person thank you ❤
Holy 🍑 kicker!! I pushed myself to prove to myself I still have another level of excellence. Sometimes mental strength is more important than physical. Thank you Sydney for helping me find both
I am behind schedule as we were away on holiday last week, so now I'm playing catch up. My motivation for workouts is always my health and keeping well for my family. My eldest son has recently broken up with his girlfriend after 3.5 years, and each day we now do your stretch together, which is great for his mental wellbeing (he pretends not to like it, but he has started getting the mats out ready for me!) Thank you, Sydney, for always being there when we need you x (Also I did 9 burpees today, which is great for me in 30 secs, especially considering i injured by back on Tuesday!!)
I don't know if you are still reading these comments but I want to say that I really get a lot out of your videos! I am 64 years old and have a mild form of relapsing remitting MS. I used to body build for about 20 years and now I do a modified version of your workouts. No jumping for me! I feel strong plus my mobility and stability are much improved. Thank you so much for your positive and well rounded workouts!
I am so close to completing this program! 🎉💪 Its taken me a while, but I've been pushing through while trying to heal from a broken marriage, ending an emotionally traumatic relationship, and a job I loved. Thanks for being there to push me, Sydney! ❤ ❤
@lillithomas7834 - Congratulations 🎊👏🏼👏🏼💪🏼I’m in the same place as you, it’s taken me almost the same while to get to this workout / point in STF 3. It’s a personal journey & we have the BEST trainer ever with Sydney!! For me it’s about my pace, & somedays it’s a walk, depending on many different things. All the positive vibes your way & again Congratulations!!
I crushed it 💪🏼 my motivation is I want to live, simple as that! I’ve seen to many young/younger people passing away just from not taking care of themselves. To live is my goal 🥅🙏🏼
I did it and was motivated because let's me take a good control of my body! There are so many things including my Multiple sclerosis which has taken over me, but doing these workouts I own my body and make it do some amazing stuff!! Thanks Sydney for being there virtually for many of us!! 😘💪
Happy Monday! My motivation was me showing up when I didn’t feel like it. I was so proud of showing up that I gave it my all. This truly was one of my best workouts!
What got me through at the end with those burpees? I thought of my mom who didn’t consistently exercise in her adult life and has missed out on a lot due to poor health. As I went down to the floor and pushed up into a jump I imagined her watching me in amazement. I felt amazed too at what my body can accomplish and how staying strong augments other aspects of my life. Thank you! I tell everyone I can about your channel! I just love it!
My “why” or motivation is that I don’t want to be an “old” old person. I want to be in shape and able to enjoy life by continuing to be active. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Crushed ittt!🎉❤
Resilience against my own self. Take advantage of the internal adrenaline. Amazing community. Have a beautiful day!
I’ve been training with Sydney for a year and a half. My motivation is to keep that good feeling that comes from feeling strong. I am 67 years old and really treasure feeling strong.
Let’s kick Monday in the face!!! Woot woot!!
What pushed me was my Squad friends, they pushed me and made me want to go hard. And that's the way I impressed myself. Join the Sydney Squad where you will be supported in all ways. Great workout again!

I gotta say, as tough as burpees are at the end, I felt proud seeing how much stronger those burpees were vs. the start of Summertime Fine!
i keep going because I know I can and love feeling myself at 62 doing something I thought i could not do.
My motivation is being grateful that I am able to do this workout giving my best at 52 years old💪🏾
Floor mountain climbers and burpees crushed! Thank you for always challenging us!
58 year old man here. loving these workouts!!! was 220# and terribly out of shape 8 years ago. Down to 160# and feel great. These workouts are just amazing!
Keeping fit & fighting the aging process keeps me motivated!

Same.i refuse..I do something else during
Same too. I went all out burpees
Awesome well done x
I also refused to do something else! I hate burpees, but couldn't opt out!!
I saw your comment before I did this workout and it motivated me to go for 7 burpees at the end. I usually avoid them too!! Today I smashed it! Thank you!

Crushed it..🥂 Motivation was feeling accomplished.. that i accomplished and finished something...and to feel good....❤❤
My kids working out with me was my motivation.

Not going to lie, this wasn't my favorite workout. What kept me motivated? My desire to be fit!

Always be grateful but not satisfied…there’s always more❤💪🏻❤️
Loved this one! Today is my 30th birthday, and that was my motivation to keep going, especially during round three of the Burpee’s!!! 🎉😊

LOVED this workout! Thank you Sydney!
For me, it’s the consistency that keeps me going… if nothing else is consistent in my life I know that God is, and my workouts are ❤
Probably my favorite workout of the whole series so far!
This is my favorite month of STF this year!

In the last video you said “let this be the LAST thing you compromise.”
I’ll never be the same after hearing that! Thank you
My motivation today was the fact that I've been consistent for the last two weeks. My motivation came from reading these comments before I started!
I pushed myself because I then have a spring to my step all day!!!!!!
My motivation was knowing that I will feel so much better when I’m finished 💪🏻
my motivation today was that my body is more defined and I don't want to lose my progress. Thank U Sydney❤
Motivation to finish is I start what I finish. If I can do that here, I can do it in other parts of life.
I didn't give up because the feeling of achieving is what drives me....even on the bad days!
"Do it sad. Do it tired." That was my mantra and I"m 1000% better for having crushed this!!
SYDNEY, YOU are what keeps me going!!!! You are so inspiring!!!!
Strength training with Coach Sydney is the best!
I gave it 💯 🎉❤
Strength and conditioning! 😅 what kept me motivated is how far I've come already. Challenging myself to get stronger = less chronic pain. Win-win!
My motivation today was knowing that I will be at Fitcation on Saturday!
Blessings.
My motivation is to be as healthy as possible ❤

I cannot thank you enough for your consistent positive energy and encouraging words!
Sydney just don't understand how this challenge has changed my life. Thanks everyone for the consistency.
Motivation is to be the best version of myself!
Celebrating myself for quitting a toxic job today made me to finish this routine! 🎉 good sweat
Today, my motivation is working through a torn tendon injury and modifying but still showing up to do everything this one tendon can’t do. Thanks everybody.
I wasn’t here yesterday. Today i felt how i missed my morning workout yesterday. Thamk you Sydney,
I know that everything that we do is for other. But this moment is for you. For me and that’s is what motives me ❤
My goal today was too eat what my body needs.
Thank you Sydney for helping me find both
What pushed was that lately I,ve been feeling slower and wanted to prove to myself that I COULD DO THIS🎉🎉🎉YAY WE DID
Mobility is my "why" as I approach 60 and beyond. Keep moving, keep living life to the FULLEST!!!
I am behind schedule as we were away on holiday last week, so now I'm playing catch up. My motivation for workouts is always my health and keeping well for my family. My eldest son has recently broken up with his girlfriend after 3.5 years, and each day we now do your stretch together, which is great for his mental wellbeing (he pretends not to like it, but he has started getting the mats out ready for me!) Thank you, Sydney, for always being there when we need you x
(Also I did 9 burpees today, which is great for me in 30 secs, especially considering i injured by back on Tuesday!!)
Wow, I can't believe, we are already on Day 56👊🏾💪🏾✨
My motivation throughout the rounds...I can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds! Thank YOU!!!

Results that I’ve seen over last 56 days is my motivation.. and yes to the shorts.. love them ❤
I crushed it 💪🏼 my motivation is I want to live, simple as that! I’ve seen to many young/younger people passing away just from not taking care of themselves. To live is my goal 🥅🙏🏼

Happy Monday! My motivation was me showing up when I didn’t feel like it. I was so proud of showing up that I gave it my all. This truly was one of my best workouts!
My motivation today was watching myself in the mirror as I worked out, it encouraged me to keep going. 🎉
Strength and conditioning are my absolute fav!!
I use self -talk tell myself I can do it. And I come back to strengthen myself to do the work God called me to do!
Thank you for pushing me to do my best in every workout!
This was a good one!!!!
Crushed this while on vacation with my mom and husband! I’m dripping sweat!
