I have gone into an exercise slump after an exhausting week at work. I am a few workouts behind. I will prioritize rest without feeling guilty. I will get back to it tomorrow and make up for lost time gradually. Putting it out there for my own mental peace.
Do not come hard on yourself for the exercise slump. We all have those days. Rest is equally important. Do whatever you can and whenever you are working out, be proud of yourself. I know we all are.

I was sluggish and unmotivated when I started. I still feel sluggish and unmotivated at the end, but glad I pushed through and did it. Every day isn’t going to feel amazing but every day I work out is a day I’ve done something amazing for myself and that feels very good. Loved this ab-focused workout. Pushed myself to actually get my towel past my feet for the suitcases and felt the extra burn from the effort. Proud of how strong I am!
I love doing a fabulous cardio workout with my Maine Coon cat (Noah )and( Babe Asher )my Great Dane ! We all love doing cardio and listening to loud music!! My cat loves laying on me when I am doing a ABS) workout my baby cheerleader! Animals makes your workout so much fun. Because they r making some of the cuties faces I have ever seen! I crushed this workout because of them. When you have people around you that really and truly care about you. You can do anything in your life also do it very well!! You always do a excellent job! Thank you for helping everyone
I really enjoyed that last routine. It was a challenge to keep the sliders under my foot but I think that added to the technical aspect. Always a pleasure to work out with you all.

Whew! Shout out to showing up! Due to some schedule changes I had to switch up my workout time to evenings after baby is put to bed… it’s a challenge to show up in the evenings so I’m happy to have crushed my 2nd evening of the week 🎉
I had to modify the side crunch with bent let then straight leg. I was so upset with myself, then I told myself to stop and not be negative. So here I say I did my very best and will keep at it.
Love all the little things we accomplish. We need to remember the big things only come from all the small things that have happened along the way. (Get a spatula 😂😂). I understood the assignment it was just so funny to me.
GREAT WORKOUT! Feeling and looking stronger EVERY DAY. This workout pushed my limits in a FUN AND EXCITING way and now I have the rest of the day to get things done🏃🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️🤸🏻♂️
