Geez!! This was super hard. Moving from one exercise to the other without a break made it super hard. This was a big surprise and very challenging. Thanks Sydney for being in our lives and motivating us at every stage. Love and your family for changing our lives each and everyday 💕

Beautiful workout! And it is sooo true, we don’t always have all of our ducks in a row! My house is a mess right now and I’ve been buying pre-made salads at Trader Joe’s and meal prepping boiled eggs, cans of sardines, oranges 🍊 and avocado toast with smoke salmon for breakfast, that’s the best I have right now with my job a constant source of mental anxiety and consumption of my time and energy . Showing up for my workout every morning is my non-negotiable 👑💪❤️🔥

Ugh...I did NOT want to work out this morning. I have an 8 month old bebe and we are going through a hard sleep regression. He kept me up half the night...but then I thought about how Sydney is here with us at...22? Weeks pregnant and it gave me a push. This one was HARD. Not sure if it was the lack of sleep, because it is Monday or because it is actually hard but I struggled. I lifted less than usual but still made it. Proud of you all for coming here. Let's make 2025 great! 🎉

I have a 16 month old, dog, and husband and full time job. I have been on this journey for 7 years and still don't have it. There are weeks where we are on point with workouts, meals, and family time, then there are weeks where we aren't. I think the biggest thing that helps us succeed is taking time to prep on the weekends. Also, a big resolution of both of ours is to let things that are not in line with our goals, and this has been so hard.
Just celebrated my 70th birthday! I’ve been following you since March 2020 and haven’t missed a workout!! You give me inspiration that I can do anything even at my age! Thanks for always being there and cheering me on!!
