Even though my abs were burning at the end, I know they are strong because I feel like I can do more. I used ankle weights and a 20 lb dumbbell throughout this workout. If I could just lose the belly fat!!!! Nutrition is always my goal!!! ❤❤❤💪🦵💪🦵
I enjoyed this workout but I miss the Sports themed cardio workouts we used to do. I love cardio by itself and I'm glad she still has those on the channel. This workout was definitely an abs burner!

I honestly thought I was going to have to skip out on the last round or 2...BUT I didn't! Slowed down but kept going. On my journey to get back in shape
This was challenging but I can feel strength in my core and remember last year I wouldn’t have been able to make it through 20 minutes straight of cardio and abs! 🎉
I’ve done this workout at least 10 times now. Absolutely love the breakup of first cardio then abs, really allows me to center on getting my heart rate then burning out my core. I’d love more workouts like this!
Crushed it! A good burner for the abs 🎉 This one is also good to do if short on time and want a quick ab or cardio workout - just do the first half for cardio or the second half for abs!
Fabulous workout! Perfect combination of exercises. I had emergency abdominal surgery awhile ago and I am STILL trying to rebuild my abs & core strength (& yes- looking for my 6pack- lol 😆). Thanks Sydney. 🇨🇦🎒❤️
