- It's time to get your heart rate up and hit a solid core burn! Welcome to our cardio and abs workout, no equipment required!

In today’s workout we will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds per exercise and we will complete 4 rounds of every exercise. The training variables we are aiming for this month are high intensity power so push yourself to be quick and explosive today. This means it's imperative in every workout that you work your hardest in every work period. Start on time and work all the way through the three beeps and finish strong and proud of yourself!

4. Skip with clap under
5. In and out agility
6. Step up and Drive x 3
7. Diagonal Chop out lunges
8. High knees 4 taps and 4 skip punches
9. Sit Ups
10. Leg Raises
11. Crunches shoot through
12. Low hold and single leg lift
13. Toe Touches
14. Open and Reverse Crunch
15. Floating Suit Case
16. Leg Raise hip raise

This flew by!!! Never a fan of cardio but it needs to be done a couple times a week!!! Strengthen those abs!!!
Even though my abs were burning at the end, I know they are strong because I feel like I can do more. I used ankle weights and a 20 lb dumbbell throughout this workout. If I could just lose the belly fat!!!! Nutrition is always my goal!!! ❤❤❤💪🦵💪🦵

I like this one!! I LOVEEE how it’s equal cardio & abs and not mainly cardio and some/little bit of ab work… it’s hard for me to find ones to do bc of that…😩 this ones good! 💪
