The problem with most folks is that sure, they focus on what they want or need as if they already have it but they don't do for the 'long-haul', they focus/or visualize for a short time and then lose patience and give up on their desires or needs. they seem to lose both focus and faith and just give up, didn't Christ say the same thing? "Pray for what you need and immediately after asking, act as though you already have it !" ? If this is good enough for Christ it's good enough for me !

A common question is - yes Joe, but where's the roadmap? He hints at the process. i.e. visualise with feeling multiple times per day, gratitude first thing in the morning and last thing at night. One technique is to set an alarm on your phone for every 3 hours. Then repeat aloud your wants/goals with feeling for 10 minutes each time, include your visualisation. I have one for relationships, finance, health, career. ty 4 vid.

I started my channel after finding out I was pregnant and wanted to share my journey and my passion for cooking. I wasn’t nervous about people watching or following. I fully just jumped in to it and I enjoy it. I had a career I was so unhappy about, a life I forced myself to live.

What if I want my face to look a certain way, how can I apply this to that?
Ive believed this before and it works but then w an injury that was serious it didn’t work- childhood trauma kept making me change my decisions to please my parents and I’d get physically hurt duck freak stuff. So no matter how much I felt anazing etc each time my mother or hater father would cry yell to tell me my decisions awful and I’d change. My life destroyed now.

I want to have perfect vision, free of glaucoma. How can I apply what you are saying by something so difficult to imagine. It's difficult to imagine perfect normal eyesight when each day you have to put eyedrops to control eye pressure, or when you are suffering of dry eyes. I wish there would be more presentation on how you can heal instead of how to make money or find love. For me health is the most important.

Visualize the end goal of not having to put any drops and your eyes not even being an issue. You spending you whole day doing all the things you want to having perfect sight
Before you go to sleep or get out of bed, keep your eyes closed and imagine yourself telling your eye doctor that you don’t have to use your drops anymore & imagine the good news the doctor gives you. Do this again and again. Even mid day or walking, imagine the great conversation with the eye doctor.
If you say it is difficult, then it is. Healing is easy. Here is the key ...
Make a mantra. Say it. Envision it. BELIEVE IT! Then be grateful for the outcome of having it.
Say the mantra over and over with the feeling of being healthy. Eventually you will hear "them" whispering to you. Who is them? I don't know and don't care. Just know they help. When you hear their whisper, and/or your own voice saying "we will give that to you." Then you know it will manifest.
You're eyes are healthy, live from the knowing this as truth. Visualize to feel it in the present moment. then detach by letting it go, live in the assumption of knowing it as reality. Let go of past and future, living in the moment will help will help flow of energy in your body too.

He really does not go out of his way to say hi to me, who is the we got pretty acquainted break times and now I'm like if I get to work behind him I tend to relish looking at his beautiful physique he's quite perfect really I mean on the outside I think he's got issues on the inside.

Manifesting is a myth. I learned this at age 13. I was told I need to wear this hard, ugly, plastic back brace to fix my scoliosis. I manifested and scoliosis did not go away. I am 52 years old now & still have it as I refused to wear my back brace. One of my regrets in life because I have low self-esteem because I feel ashamed of my appearance. Should have built my confidence and wore that ugly brace under my clothes. I was such a sensitive child.

I was thinking about this. I think you can! Probably won’t work as well because you have to take into account the person’s thoughts/feelings. You could be thinking happy thoughts for them but they’re in a dark place thinking negative thoughts.
