8 minutes was not as long as you would think. I actually really liked this workout, only thing in my opinion that would make it better is add a cardio move in each set. I may do that next time, just add in 10 jumping jacks or high knees or something at the end of each exercise set.

This workout made me feel SO strong and proud of my progress. My biggest victory? All pushups on my toes and I felt STRONG during them vs. like I was about to crumple. I owe it to the core work Sydney has been focusing on with us these last few months, I finally feel like I'm making that connection during exercises, including pushups! Thank you for always pushing us to be our best Sydney!!

I am not sure about what works for me... This is a really big matter for me. I have to focus on this subject in order to figure out what is perfect and works on me. Not having a healthy Nutrition habit and sustainable diet are my biggest blackholes. They are sucking all my efforts, all my performances and all my sweats. After doing all, I couldn't see any results at least permanent results. It is obvious that I have to think about it a lot more than I have been trying so for. I have to figure out new ways in order to break this cycle. thanks Sydney. I am grateful to the God for knowing you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!! Thanks so much for incorporating the stability challenge because my left and right side are drastically different due to a lifetime of injuries as a result of being born with loose hip sockets and it was not addressed properly and my hips developed very crooked, I didn’t even know how messed up I was until I developed a bakers cyst behind my right knee and suddenly I was disabled, I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t kneel, I was in a lot of pain! Single mom of 3 kids has no time for that. Then I found you, Sydney!!! You’ve changed ALL OF THAT for me!! 🥲 I’ve lost 40 pounds in under a year and a half and I’m beginning to have balance between my two sides for the first time in my entire life!! I can run and play ball and stand on one foot for goodness sakes!!!

This month I've actually been working on learning how to cook and incorporate more variety into our diets. I've learned to have patience with myself as I'm learning because some things haven't turned out as pictured 😅. I am honestly not good at weekly meal prep, but enjoy cooking and make time for it 5/7 days of the week. Some of those week night meals become lunches or dinner for the following day or so. I get bored eating the same thing every single day and when I've done a big prep day in the past things end up going bad in the fridge.
