The PRE workouts are still the best of all. They are really into strength and endurance and are really really good! I love returning to them from time to time. Good job Sydney! 💪
8 minutes was not as long as you would think. I actually really liked this workout, only thing in my opinion that would make it better is add a cardio move in each set. I may do that next time, just add in 10 jumping jacks or high knees or something at the end of each exercise set.
Not going to lie, I was definitely intimidated by the 8min time. But I crushed it!! And actually enjoyed!! Thank you always for pushing us beyond our limits! Have a great day everyone!
I did this workout on my TV, I tried to like it several times and didn’t work. Made sure to come to my phone and like it. Double check that your likes are getting counted. Let’s give this lady the credit she deserves!
This workout made me feel SO strong and proud of my progress. My biggest victory? All pushups on my toes and I felt STRONG during them vs. like I was about to crumple. I owe it to the core work Sydney has been focusing on with us these last few months, I finally feel like I'm making that connection during exercises, including pushups! Thank you for always pushing us to be our best Sydney!!
Cue the tears when Sydney says “don’t give up on yourself” when every part of me feels like giving up on this part of the journey bc it feels so hard for me. Trying not to play the comparison game and focus on my own progress, even if the progress is hard to see. Loved the format, it went fast!
3 years ago I would have said no way I could work 8 minutes straight. Working out with you these last several years and the set-up all week long I rocked it. Thanks Sydney, Dustin and Ari.
@@lisaedwards5797 yes! Took a couple weeks off for a mission trip so I’m trying to get caught up again, working out 6x a week is doing it since she uploads 5x a week!
I am not sure about what works for me... This is a really big matter for me. I have to focus on this subject in order to figure out what is perfect and works on me. Not having a healthy Nutrition habit and sustainable diet are my biggest blackholes. They are sucking all my efforts, all my performances and all my sweats. After doing all, I couldn't see any results at least permanent results. It is obvious that I have to think about it a lot more than I have been trying so for. I have to figure out new ways in order to break this cycle. thanks Sydney. I am grateful to the God for knowing you.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!! Thanks so much for incorporating the stability challenge because my left and right side are drastically different due to a lifetime of injuries as a result of being born with loose hip sockets and it was not addressed properly and my hips developed very crooked, I didn’t even know how messed up I was until I developed a bakers cyst behind my right knee and suddenly I was disabled, I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t kneel, I was in a lot of pain! Single mom of 3 kids has no time for that. Then I found you, Sydney!!! You’ve changed ALL OF THAT for me!! 🥲 I’ve lost 40 pounds in under a year and a half and I’m beginning to have balance between my two sides for the first time in my entire life!! I can run and play ball and stand on one foot for goodness sakes!!! I was originally going to say that I Love this style workout 😂 thanks Sydney for all you do you gave me my life back!!
Wow, this workout flew by! The thought the 8 minute circuit it would be super hard, but actually was perfect! I crushed it! Greeting for Team Brazil! 😍
That shockingly flew by! Hardest was the last group. Those push-ups were a challenge but I stayed on my feet and pushed through! Proud of the strength I have and continuing to work on water intake and meal prep.
I was so nervous about the 8 minute work period, but was pleasantly surprised that I could push myself that hard. It was a great workout to get in a zone. Also liked focusing on technique and endurance and not pushing to my max weights.
Your right Cindy , nutrition is the most definite part for me, with two kids always wondering what I’m going to make for the day and most of the time forget myself and eat whatever I find 😢
Crushed today’s workout. I was a little shook by the 8 min work period but I killed it. My first few rounds of push-ups were from my knees, I finished doing the last round from my toes. I felt so strong! Nutrition is what I am constantly working on. I’ve been doing the ingredient prep and I like it way better than meal prep. I need variety.
That one felt great. Time flew by and I was really able to just zone out, go at my own pace and work hard in each circuit. Happy Good Friday y'all! ❤💪🏽🥵🙌🏼
This was a great session!🥵 Those 8-min blocks flew by surprisingly fast! Feeling 💪🏾 Thanks Sydney for all your hardwork and tips! Happy Easter to you and your family!🎉
I’m shocked. The eight minute intervals flew by and I completed all 4 circuits. I’m feeling amazing and super sweat after this. My heart rate stayed above 150 BPM. Woohoo. Happy weekend everyone. Thank you Sydney❤❤❤❤
Caramba! Another spicy one from Sydney! I loved this format and style for this workout!!! Me vs me! Yes! I am still continuing to work on my nutrition. I was so happy to hear that I am a very similar food preparation system that Sydney has for her and Dustin! With Sydney leading the way, I know that I can reach my goal!
Fantastic! I've become so strong and my core super stable. Watch out side planks! I've got you now. Thank you Sydney! I'm going to try the meal prepping. I typically make it as the meal comes but I think meal prep is going to be the ticket for me to get enough protein into my body to build these muscles! Thanks for the words of advise, RockStar! :)
I love AMRAPs. I felt so strong during the pushups today! This month I've actually been working on learning how to cook and incorporate more variety into our diets. I've learned to have patience with myself as I'm learning because some things haven't turned out as pictured 😅. I am honestly not good at weekly meal prep, but enjoy cooking and make time for it 5/7 days of the week. Some of those week night meals become lunches or dinner for the following day or so. I get bored eating the same thing every single day and when I've done a big prep day in the past things end up going bad in the fridge.
Can someone please explain to me how this was the easiest workout we've done all week? When I read it this morning, I was like "WTF?!?!?!". But, doing it, I was like "ok, this is doable." The 3rd increment was the hardest for me. But, overall, I liked it. Thanks so much Sydney. Great work on putting together workouts for us for free!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PRE week one crushed!! Way to go us 💪 Thank you Sydney and Dustin for this program, I had little bit hard time recovering for the last two weeks of The Result so this is great program before Summertime fine. And I don't mean this is easy tho 😅
I am proud of myself for completing this workout. I am grateful for this community. I feel accomplished . I am motivated . What an incredible workout !! Adding this to my favorite Sydney workout playlist . Loved the endurance and sweat so much . Happy Friday everyone ❤❤❤❤
❤Wonderful workout! I burned 241k which is more than I typically burn in weightlifting. I loved the 8-mins. It allowed me to really focus on my muscle groups. Gr8 job every1! 😊
Ooh I do love an AMRAP!!! Also enjoying this kinda deload week. My endurance has definitely improved, I was surprised at how well I did for 8 minute work periods....those push ups 😅....well I did 3 on toes on either arm lol. Feeling much stronger all round today. Crushed it, happy easter!
Loved loved loved this workout! One of my favorites by far … push ups and upper body strength is something I struggle with. However I was able to do way more push-ups than ever!!!! 🎉
Wow I must admit I was not looking forward to the 8 minute rounds but once we got going it flew by and I kept challenging myself my adding a rep to each round up to 16. This was great!
Usually I'm not a fan of longer sets or AMRAP, but for whatever reason the 8 minute sets really worked for me today! This workout flew by, I can't believe it was 40 minutes!! I was drenched by the end of the 2nd set!!
First workout back since recovering from some serious health issues, and I am SO happy it was AMRAP. I lost 70 pounds between 2020 and 2022 with Sydney, and I can't wait to sweat for my wedding in November. I've missed you!
Who else surprised themselves with how hard they could work in these 8-minute work periods 🙋🏻♀️? What an empowering workout 🥰! Thank you, Sydney ❤️!
empowering, perfect way to describe it!!
Me! When I heard 8 minutes......I thought what, but it went so fast!
Way to go Everyone!!!🎉
❤I did no think that I could do this❤❤❤crushed😮
I’m prepping my meals like Sydney. Nutrition and macros are my goals during PRE😊
@@marthabrito9390 super proud of you! keep up the great work in finding what works for you and supports your goals 💗

This was a nice challenging workout, with the 8 min time period I really felt myself getting into the groove.
Working on my mental health this month and these workouts are a big part of that for me. ❤
