I'm so excited to finally be revealing some pieces from my very own custom fitness apparel brand, Royal Change! Today I am wearing our racerback sports bra and our biker shorts with a 7 inch inseam both in size small and this is our Violet color for this collection. Today is Full Body HIIT Bootcamp so be ready to turn up the intensity! Today is the first of 5 bootcamp workouts in the CRUSH program and you can expect to be working opposing muscles or parts of the body in this superset format.
This workout consists of 12 exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise before moving on to the next superset.
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells to my 25 pound dumbbells so grab your water and let's go! I also used my bench so grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
The exercises:
1. Sumo Front Squat
2. Kneeling Row
3. Staggered Deadlift
4. Chest Press
5. Jump Rope
6. Plank Open up and 2 side dips
7. Squat 2 pulses and 2 jump
8. Hammer Curls with Opposite Leg March
9. Band Curtsy Lunge to lateral Raise
10. Tricep Chest press to OH Extension
11. Jump Rope
12. 4 Mountain Climbers and heel Click
13. Chest Fly
14. Switch lunge Jumps

I have my headsets on and I don’t even have to look at the screen because HER VOICE is motivating enough that there’s NO QUITTING on my side.
Every time a workout is done it feels like I just climbed a huge mountain and resting up top to enjoy the view.

Today is my birthday and I want to thank Sydney and Dustin for all that they have helped me with. For the last 2 years, I have been riding out on this channel consistently and I am so thankful for this community. In the first 6 months, I lost 30 lbs and am I back up 10 lbs since but I have much more lean muscle mass and I feel so much stronger than I was in my 20s . This channel helped me through grief and a heartbreak and also navigating through first time motherhood. I continue to show up for myself because of Sydney’s guidance. Thank you again and I’m here to stay forever

Great workout, I love bootcamp style workouts! Sydney's not doing her dancing at the end anymore, I miss that. I loved that cardio sequence with the mountain climbers & heel clicks, that was killer!
My youngest baby boy Kenzo was not feeling well this past couple of days so I had my “rest days”.
But now I’m back!
My goal is to make it to 4 Sydney Cummings’ workouts per week, in addition to other activities like cycling and swimming and hiking!

Crushed Day 5!!!! I really loved this bootcamp and am dripping with sweat. As always Sydney pushes me beyond where my mind thinks my body can go. Purple is the color of royalty. Royal Change apparel, I can hardly wait!!!
Whew! I think this has been my favorite workout of the challenge thus far! Challenging, enjoyable and a high burn. I am so glad I decided to give Sydney a shot, after she came highly recommended by a close friend. Sydney is extremely motivating and energetic. I watch her grab these weights and toss them around like candy. She’s got me using weights I haven’t used in MONTHS. She makes me want to go out and buy a new pair of dumbbells every week lol just to keep up with her. Excited to cross the finish line of this CRUSH challenge.
Thank you for incorporating some cardio with the strength. I love challenging my body with conditioning.

Just did this workout while away staying at my sister’s place. Love that I can do your workouts as long as I have some space & my sister had dumbbells, and I had my exercise bands with me. You look amazing too for 20 weeks! 💕

Crushed it, that was an awesome workout. I am way stronger than I give myself credit for. Boot camp use to scare me but just committed to the workout and made it all the way through. Next time I do this workout, I’ll do even better.

I was lethargic this morning. We've been moving so it's been late nights, early mornings, and long days. I still showed up and completed the workout. It wasn't up to where I'd have liked it to be, but I feel good for having done something. Now off to tackle my ever growing to-do list.

Love your outfit, the colour and style is beautiful. I am so glad to see vibrant colours instead of boring pastel tones which have been more dominant through the years. The high waist and the wide band on the shorts is so practical and stays in place like you said. I really like that. The sports bra looks very supportive too. Great job at designing Sydney! Your coordination of colours on your gym set looks so professional. You are doing everything right!!!! Loved the workout, went by so fast. Crushed it!

Woo! Crushed this workout last night and forgot to comment - absolutely loved it! Pushed myself as much as I could, but had to miss the arm moves today and swapped with cardio due to a back injury where I’m not allowed to use my upper body in certain motions. Still loved it and so proud I pushed through without making anything worse! Thank you syd and Dustin for another fab workout we crushed it xx
Congrats everyone for completing another awesome workout with our trainer @Sydney !! I am celebrating today because I think this is the first (in a long time) that I did all the moves without changing a move to make it easier, or doing the alternate moves, or resting in each move... though, I did pause in the lunge pulses. Still YAY! Thank you again Sydney!!!!!!
